First the water dispenser did not work. It shot water all over the kitchen. The techs that LG hired could not come to the house for 5 days. Then, they had to order a part - another 4 days. The part arrived and did not function properly. Then he discovered we needed a new door. Another delay.

So far, so good. Had a problem with the first fridge in that the ice maker quit after its first round of ice. This fridge is working fine. Best Buy took care of the issue absolutely free of charge. I actually like BB better for the resolution of the problem. Builds trust like you'd never experience if everything went smoothly!

Miss the cheese drawer from an earlier version. Like the foldup shelf for tall items (wine bottle size). The two drawer freezer makes searching easier and more efficient. Much quieter than the last version (which did not survive a lightening strike w/ power surge). Had to keep checking it was alive the first two days.

Freezer is smaller than I would like but works great. For a family of 4, if you need freezer space for bulk products you will have some issues. However we have started emptying boxed into the drawers. That saves a lot of room. Crushed ice and cubed. Not stated in description. Love the room in the fridge. Great look.

I was looking to replace a smaller fridge. My family consists of 4 children and 2 adults. This fridge is perfect. Not to mention the great LED lighting. Which lights up the entire fridge. The 2 drawer freezer section offers more room than the standard 1 drawer, keeping you from having to stack items on top of other items,

This refrigerator has numerous, very useful features. Dual, full width freezer drawers are exceptionally convenient as is the full width "Slide and Serve" drawer. Dual side by side fruit/vegetable drawers provide good storage for these items. The french door design is a major step up from our previous refrigerator

Nice looking and cleanly designed refrigerator. Side by sides just don't have the storage space of conventional refrigerators. Could not fit all the food that was in our 24 CF conventional refrigerator into this 27CF side by side. I'm sure its the same with all side by sides. Technology working backwards?

If the ice maker made ice faster I would give it a 5 out of 5

My refrigerator does everything that i wanted it to do and looks amazing in my kitchen. It is a little hard to clean off all fingerprints but with a little more muscle and pledge oil wipes my refrigerator looks shinny and new everyday.

This refrigerator has a lot of bells and whistles we didn't have in our old one. What we like the most though is the top drawer which is another freezer area... perfect place to keep extra ice for parties and everyday use.... And we do go through a lot of ice!

When left refrig door is left up for maybe 20 to 25 sec, the ice on the door eventually melts and sticks together.
