We bought this refrigerator to replace one less than a year old because the old one had so very few options for shelf placement that it not only limited what we could put in, but also hid so many items. This refrigerator gives us multiple options, keeps items clearly visible, and offers plenty of room. The through the door icemaker and water dispenser are a time and energy saver. The two drawer freezer offers loads of room and yet keeps most of the items in full view.

Freezer is too small. Compressor failed after 3 years. Spoiled food. Get the extended warranty. Ice maker seems to jam often and stops working. Fridge space is good but water and ice do not work if right door is open. Would not recommend.

I have to say I absolutely love my refrigerator. So far no issues and it's super spacious and works great.

Do not buy LG! Please research class action lawsuit. This is the worst fridge we have ever owned. Ice maker is not longer cooling after 3 years. Based on others' reviews fridge fails soon after.

I love that this refrigerator gets cold. It took a long time to make a purchase because some of the French Door models don't get cold enough.I hope to enjoy my purchase for years to come. The worst part of my purchase was the delivery expectation. I had someone from corporate that stated they would contact me after the delivery but it's been almost a month and I have heard nothing. No service after the sale.

Our 20 year old fridge died suddenly and we went to several stores looking for a replacement. We wanted a model with the freezer(s) on the bottom and maximum capacity for the space. This model has been perfect with the ice maker in the door taking up less space and allowing more storage. We only have run out of ice once during a holiday party. Also have noticed a significant reduction in our electric bill.

5 years and it is done. new a new one. froze everything, special in the Botton door.

I got online saw the LG refrig I wanted. Went to the Delafield Best Buy. The salesman wrote me up and told me when the refrig would be delivered and on time they were. The installation team was ver professional and quick. All in all Best Buy is the only place to buy any oriduct. Salesmen know their stuff, installers are professional and the price is always the lowest.

So far so good. It has a lot of space inside the only con is the icemaker does not have a big capacity and I knew it because I do not usually use ice, if I am going to have a party I will plan the ice need ahead. I do not think it is particularly noisy. I hope it will last for a long time.

This refrigerator is big, quiet and the double ice trays are great.

Good price and lots of room. Really like the freezer has 2 drawers

I wound up exchanging it because the water dispenser and the ice maker never worked well.

Very spacious, shelves adjust easily and fridge is very quiet.

I love the refrigerator, but the guys who delivered it damaged one of the handles and Best Buy will not come out and fix it. I will probably not make another purchase from Best Buy.
