This refrigerator is very roomy and it looks so good in my kitchen. Very pleased with my purchase.

The ice maker is completely not working after six months. Every time I call Best Buy, it gets transferred to a different country. Right before they make the appointment, the phone gets disconnected or transferred again. When asked to talk to someone in the USA, they tell you to try redialing!

Looking at the reviews bought this refrigerator very expensive in 2017 lasted me 3 years. Got it inspected not able to fix. I do have a warranty. Waiting for someone to get back I need to replace it. If I had known I wouldn't had bough it. All my food is gone

We were really looking forward to this purchase. It was delivered on 8/9/16 and completely broke down on 9/3/16 -- in less than a month!! It needs a new compressor which is huge. The warranty covers things but we can get any customer service from LG to make this fix or replacement happen any sooner than 10-15 days! That's an outrage. I've called so many times and no one seems to be able to move things any faster. All the while all our food is rotten, kids are living out of coolers and we are very unhappy with LG.

Fridge has worked decently over the years however we have had the compressor replaced under warranty after it failed and had to throw away all of our food. The issue has came up again and we are going to attempt another warranty repair

Worked okay for 7 months. Ice dispenser would plug but other than that, the refrigerator worker well. At 8 months, started receiving error codes and then quite working all together. As it is still under 1 year warranty, I submitted a request for repair to LG. It has been 17 days and still no result from LG. The first call with them, they said someone would contact me in 3-5 days. 6 days later I called them back and they said someone will contact me in two days. Second day I called back and they said another department will contact me in 3 days. Today is the 4th day and surprise, no call back! Worst customer support EVER.

I love my fridge but the 4 stars are because I should have purchased a none stick surface. I see every fingertip and every skid mark and it drives me crazy. Other then that it's perfect!

Bigger than wanted, (24.7 wanted, but unavailably now) overal seems quite nice. Smaller ice making capacity than last freezer. Quiet.

I change from Whirpool to LG and LG is the best Fridge i ever have

the compressor burned out after 6 years and it takes so long to even talk to a person to replace it.

I have had my unit for about a year. There is condensation running down the front of the unit, so much ice build up in the freezer drawers they are hard to open, condensation running down the inside of the refrigerator and frost build up inside the refrigerator. LG has contacted 6 different service providers. 4 of them refused to take on another LG Customer 1 looked at it said it couldn't be fixed and the other one said there isn't a fix for all of the problems it has. LG response? They want me to take another day off of work for another service company. Save yourself time, money and a headache. Buy another brand.

Stopped cooling in a short timeframe and cheap plastic shelves which broke easily
