I was provided great service in the store for the sale. The delivery team was outstanding and worked hard and overtime to complete the delivery. The online support was excellent. The fridge is beautiful and so spacious and works great. Strongly recommend this product and Best Buy.

I really like the amount and use of space and double freezer feature. I also like the shelves on the side that are perfect for items like milk. It was a good price and the best buy customer service was great. They were extremely flexible and helped us out.

This is a wonderful appliance. The ice maker is a bit small so have extra on hand. But the room in both fridge and freezer is great. The double drawer freezer is a wonderful feature and there is so much room and versatility in the fridge. Great buy!!

Larger fridge. Dimensions were a little larger that what they specified so add 1/4 to an 1/8 inch to your measurements to be safe. Ice maker os enough for my 5 person family and is fairly quiet. 2 door freezer is convienant. Water comes out fast but its not cold so I don't believe there is a storage tank. I dont like the fact that you have to open both doors to get the cheese and lunch meat tray out.

I love my 4 door refrigerator. Plenty of storage space in the 2 freezer drawers, plus most importantly, the doors are not heavy. Everyone that comes to our home, loves the style and look of the Refrigerator. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

We have been using this frig for several months and have been very pleased with it. Lots of space and the 2 bottom drawers are a big plus to separate frozen items. The door does not close by itself unless you push it and water and dispenser are a bit awkward to use.

So far this fridge has been an excellent choice for us. It really works well and I am impressed. Only issue is the amount of ice it makes is pretty small, but there is a storage bin for ice in drawer which is great for when people come over.

This product is roomy!! I love the 2 drawer freezer. I enjoy being able to open either side of the refrigerator. Very convenient. I'd recommend it.

Double freezer is a plus, avoids things getting stuck like in other designs. Great option to push shelf in for a higher item. I like the water dispenser is separate from the ice. The brightness inside the fridge is stellar!!

Great look , spacious and easy to clean. I recently bought a whirlpool double door refrigerator but it was too small not enough room for me . I exchanged it for the LG after reading the great reviews on it and am very satisfied with this product.

Great unit. Bright lighting, flexible shelving. I wish you could turn the water dispenser off, otherwise great.

We like the fridge a lot it is much bigger because the ice maker is much smaller. The cubes are much smaller than most and it doesn't store as many cubes as most other models. Other than that it is good we like the 2 freezer drawers too.

We purchased this frig at a discounted price because it has some color marks on the side, really not even noticeable. It looks great and everyone that walks in our kitchen comments on how beautiful it looks. I love the space and the removable shelf. We can fit 2 milk jugs on the door and still have additional shelf space for juices. The lower drawer is great for kids snacks and easy for them to access. I use the 2nd freezer for my poultry and things I normally want really frozen and keep the first drawer for ice cream's, waffles, and microwavable meals. I haven't messed with it yet but I do wish the frig was colder sometimes. It normally takes a good 30-45 min for the home made juices to get cold enough to drink in this heat.

I previously had a GE Profile refrigerator that we loved, but compressor gave out after about 8yrs, and the ice maker stopped working. I really wanted something as close to my GE that I could find and this refrigerator was it (the new GE models are different & not as spacious). We've now had this about 3 or so weeks. At first it took some getting used to the fact that the water dispenser was not the same spout as the ice, and a couple of times we got sprayed because of that, but you get used to it and it does allow us to fit a taller glass under the spout. I personally like the divided freezer drawers, but my husband thinks not. I like that I don't have to open everything up while finding what I'm looking for----allows for better organization I think. But don't put ice cream in the extra bin that fits in the top freezer drawer meant for ice; it won't chill as solid as if you put it just in the regular compartment. I also love the fact that I still have my large pantry drawer for cheese. meats or larger trays. The veggie/fruit bins are doing great at keeping things at proper temp & it seems things are lasting a few days longer than in the past. Others in reviews I read before purchase complained about ice maker not making enough or being problematic in general, I haven't really noticed that being an issue except for 1 day and we've been running high 90-100 degrees here in So. CA since we got it. Most of the time it makes enough to keep 3 big ice users in supply.---that's one area its better than my GE was. Overall I'm pleased w/the purchase but highly recommend watching for when it goes on sale. Under $2000 is a fair price for this one, but not over that in my view.

Very spacious refrigerator. Love that the icemaker is in the door so it frees up more space in the refrigerator. Also like the sliding top shelf. Very bright inside - easy to see everything in view, so now nothing will go to waste.

I love the think ice maker. Disputes being smaller than other brands, it makes plenty of ice for four + active people. We haven't run out yet. Even after celebrations. The interior is spacious and easy to move around. I haven't needed to reset the shelf placement with the slide away feature. Having two freezers is great! I can keep ice cream in the top drawer and meat and other items in the bottom one.

Had this fridge one month and so far very pleased with space inside and very quiet. Would be 5 stars except doors are not even, just slightly off. But for the price a good buy

Purchase and delivery fairly easy process. Only issue is having to open both doors to use the Glide N Serve drawer. Like the adjustable shelves. Still adjusting to the four door as opposed to the old side by side.

First of all, the fridge just looks GREAT. Moreover, it has some other small benefits that I am not used to and thus, I love them now. I can keep the gallon of milk in the door. The sliding drawer allows me to keep taller bottles. The dual freezer tray allows me to organize frozen food separately. The interior is very spacious. I can't find enough things to fill it up. The only negative that I have experienced so far is the water dispenser in the door. LG went with a design where i always end up getting some ice instead of water. Not very intuitive. Also, I can't keep the glass on anything while filling it up. If I wasn't using it multiples times a day, it would have been an easy one to ignore. But other than that, love this fridge.

It is very roomy, really like the twin freezer doors that was the selling point for my wife. Very quiet. The ice maker takes a few days after install to get ice but after that it works fine.
