Exterior finish is great. Use SS cleaner and all prints and smudges come off easily. The interior of the fridge is well laid out with plenty of choices for shelf height and drawers to hold food. Well lit interior. Easy access for changing water inline filter. Freezer drawers move easily and securely. Multiple configurations with the movable compartments. Seemed to need 4 to 6 hours to bring down refrigerator temp. Freezer pulled temp down quickly. Water dispenser stops when you pull your glass away. It does not drip. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

I love this refrigerator! Really like the two bottom freezer drawers plus, the water dispenser on this model is easier to use than on other models.

Doesn't have the biggest ice maker but you normally don't use that much. The duel freezer is a nice feature. Controls and functions are excellent. The lip on the left door can get knocked partially open which you have to be careful with when you close it.

The LG Refrigerator is everything we hoped for in a refrigerator, there is plenty of space and it work's great with all the bell's and whistle's.

It is spacious and quiet. I am pleased. It replaced an older Samsung that had a leaky water dispenser and seal.

We researched several fridges and this LG was the best option for all we wanted in price and features, plus it fits in our small kitchen space.

Did my homework and based on ratings and comments we chose the LG 4 door refrig and just love it. It is spacious and everything is reachable.

This is a great refrigerator. Lots of room and the freezer drawers on the bottom are much more useful than our not so old side-by-side.

So far, so good. The stories about problems with the icemaker appear to be isolated. The doors, when loaded, tend to be easily slammed and I have to remind everyone about it. The display on the door is nice and I was hoping that the temperature display was the actual inside temperature but it is just the set point. The unit is quiet, icemaker and all, but that is compared to the older one that it replaced. I hope this helps some one...I do like it!

Great appliance. Plenty of room. Minor tweaks, the stainless shows fingerprints pretty bad and the water from the door is maybe a little to fast. I get a lot of splashing.

Our previous model was nearing 20 years old, but still working well. But, there just comes a time where the newer models offer a few services that the older ones don't. Two different freezers, better humidity control, linear compressors, and yes, better energy efficiency. We especially like this model because it offers all of the above, and the "through-the-door" water and ice-maker are minimally intrusive to the inner space. Got a great price on sale, just had to have it. Very happy as it delivers what was promised.

We have always avoided the "in door features" when purchasing refrigerators in the past because bells & whistles are usually not worth the money. This time we decided to go for it and are happy we did. The water dispenser has a slight delay which helps avoid spills, AND lights up. The inside has ample room, although it takes a bit of getting used to the icemaker in the door aspect. Overall very happy with the fridge and its performance.

First, BB delivery service was excellent in getting this through the door and in the kitchen. It required them to take off the door handles and re install them to fit through the door. The refrig is a handsome unit. Even nicer inside. The dual freezer doors eliminate a lot of bending over and digging to find what is in the freezer. The ice machine has limited capacity, but so far we have not run out of ice. The refrigerator area is huge! It will cost a bundle at the grocery store to fill it up!

We purchased this fridge as part of a remodel last winter, and I love it! It looks beautiful, holds a TON, and has very convenient and configurable storage options. The filtered water tastes great, and the icemaker works properly. I especially like the bottom drawer in the fridge, which is perfect for veggie trays, etc., and the shelves inside the door. I also like that it has two separate freezer compartments, which makes it easy to find what you're looking for. This was an excellent purchase.

I first ordered the 24.1 CU unit, but after further research, I decided on this one instead. The delivery team guys were very nice, professional, tidy and careful with my new purchase. HOWEVER!!!.....I called for LG service about two days after I received the fridge. The left door basically "slams" shut and doesn't have that gentle closing noise like the right one does. Service man came, looked, and said "that's the way it is" ... well it STILL slams and the only reason I haven't rescheduled a service call is I can't get thru to a live person on LG's phone service!! I've called 3 times in the last two days. BUT, I will be trying a different time frame to call and will get it looked at again. Gave it 4 stars, because other than the noisy door, I pretty much love the unit. Only other thing is that I am an ICE CHEWER and frankly I ran out of ice the first day. I've just made some personal adjustments in that area and the ice amount seems ok - but it would NOT be enough ice for a party. I would have to buy a bag of ice if we were having company.
