So I've been looking at this refrigerator for quite sometime. I loved the idea of the opening front separate from opening the whole door with kids, it was the best thing I ever done. I put after school snacks and drinks here eliminating the constant door opening and gaze! It also beeps when the door is left open for to long. what a life saver with kids they are always leaving something open or part way open . The water dispenser is awesome. It has crushed ice and cubed. The tray the drink sits on also can be pulled out for icepitchers. So much space in both sides. Shelves are not readjustable but I've not run into to big of a problem, that I couldn't figure something out. It is awkward at first getting use to not having meat tray and figuring where to put items but you eventually find a new home for it. I have the dark gray and love it. Wipe it down once a day with kids you will be happy not staring at their finger marks. My son 9 says it's the coolest thing. Also to figure out what is wrong with it you call costumer service and you stick your phone up the the icon above the door,when it's opened on refrigerator side and the can tell you the diagnosis. I had the fridge before with the freezer on the bottom and ice maker in refrigerator. And this one I wish I had started with, love the space color and accessibility of all its features. They delivered it from Best Buy and it was quite easy they did a tutorial with me before they left and were kind and helpful with all my questions. The whole process was simple. I ordered it online got the hose for the water line to make it quick and easy at they brought it with them. This was all after Hurricane Harvey. Lowes were on a monthor more back order Costco delayed my delivery twice so I canceled. Low and behold I should of ordered from best buy this whole time no hassle. I would order from them again. They were worth every single penny! Very professional my item was spotless cared for my house and product. Also if your an not use to online shopping this is a great start for a new online shopper for big ticket items. Best Buy you blew my mind after my whirl wind of hassle with others. I definitely learned the lesson come to you first!

I looked around at several stores, and decided to buy my fridge from Best Buy. I'm so glad I did! The service in the store was wonderful and the delivery - tho as difficult as I feared - the delivery guys handled it professionally and with a "can do" attitude - and cheerfully got it done! The fridge is quiet, spacious, easy to use. I love the door-in-door feature and how the ice and water on the door are dispensed. Only one thing - the doors go down all the way to the floor. Note to self: don't slam the door on my foot ever again! OUCH!!!

I have had this refrigerator for several months now. I love it. I like the sleek design. Was worried about the ice maker on the door, maybe not making enough ice. As of now no problem, middle of August and it is keeping up. Being on the door it sure gives more room in the freezer. This refrigerator has plenty of room for my family. It’s quiet. Very happy with purchase.

We just love our new refrigerator! It looks great in my kitchen. The color is perfect, the ice make worked right away. There is so much room in the refrigerator and freezer. We can’t wait to buy the matching stove, dishwasher and microwave. Everything went as Best Buy said it would. The delivery men were great and the customer service as well, we had to change out delivery date and that was handled perfectly they even moved up the date for us. We are very satisfied!!!!! Chris

I really like the set up of this fridge especially the front panel door our frequently used items are stored there for quick grab. There is plenty of room for food and beverages. The freezer has plenty of room for quick frozen meal for convenience for the kids to grab. Love having the ice and water,in which the ice machine keeps up pretty good to our use our family drinks lots of water. Not to mention the great finger print resistant front, save on cleaning. The only thing I don’t like is not being able to keep things on the top of the fridge. Otherwise we completely recommend this fridge our whole family loves it.

After spending one year with this product, I felt it was a good time to leave a review. This refrigerator is almost completely silent and has shown no issues whatsoever in the first year of use. The stainless finish does attract fingerprints and shows any smudges, but wipes clean with almost no effort when using a safe glass cleaner and a cloth. The door-in-door feature is quite useful and isn't just a marketing gimmick. The most inefficient kitchen appliance for years has been the refrigerator, because each time you open the door, all of your cooled air escapes and "falls" out onto the floor. The small door allows you to access your frequently used items without losing all of that refrigerated air and is easy to get used to. The large capacity and shelving arrangement options within the refrigerator are great, leaving many options for organization. The ice bin could be larger, but would come as a sacrifice to the freezer space so it's pretty well balanced as is. It does make ice quickly, so if you do use all of the ice to pack a cooler, it will produce new ice without delay.

I love my new fridge. I chose LG appliances because of the good reviews and consumer reports ratings. Also because my daughter bought all LG appliances last year and she loves them. I really like the door in door that lets you get drinks and other frequently used things without opening the whole fridge up. And I love the ice & water dispenser in the door. The filtered water tastes great. And the little tune it plays if you leave the door open is handy. The best part was, Best Buy had the best price I could find and great service in their store and with delivery. Not to mention, The black stainless Steele looks great in my kitchen with my newly painted white cabinets. I could go on & on. All the digital settings take a little learning for an old school Nana, but I love everything about this fridge so far.

Absolutely love this fridge. I feel like even though there isn't a smart screen I’ve still been brought up to speed in the 2021 fridge game lol. The convenience of the outer door for quick access is awesome! Because of that feature everything in general is more organized and it just frees up more space. I spent a long time reading reviews on this only to discover you just can’t make everyone happy. This is 5 stars! Don’t be nervous, do it!

Shelves are not adjustable. You can remove them and pancake two of them to get room for wine, soda bottles. However, the door in door is a great idea. The height becomes an inch more since the electiric cable and the hump on the top add to the stated height. We had to trim the cabinet above. The temperature shown on the panel doesnt match the inside. For example when it says 33 on the refrigerator side it is actually 25 on the inside (measured with a thermometer at different places). Ditto for the freezer. But it is very quiet. The bins are roomy. Putting the ice maker on the freezer door saves space inside the freezer.

I love that the kids can open the front panel and grab their drinks while all the food stay nice and cold inside. This fridge is sleek and beautiful, very easy to hook up and was cold and making ice within 12 hours

We love this refrigerator! The door-in-door feature is practical and convenient; we use it all the time! Also, the black stainless steel finish leaves no fingerprints and looks great in our kitchen! The water and ice dispensers work extremely well and are very quiet compared to our last refrigerator. The shelving and compartments are adjustable and roomy- seems like much more room than our previous frig of the same size. We are very happy with this purchase!

Delivery was excellent. I have had this fridge for a month now and I love it! The size is excellent for my large family. Cooling is great. Controls are easy, it runs very quietly. Ice production is sufficient. The 2 issues I have is that you have to make sure the outer door in door is firmly shut. I also noticed rust marks on the ice dispenser on the door. Not sure what to do about the rust marks, I will reach out to Best buy for my options.

I have other LG products that we enjoy, and therefore I was comfortable choosing this appliance. We are like it very much, it is user friendly and gives us space to place and easily retrieve items. The roomy freezer allows us to shop and store meats, and ice cream when they are on sale.

We’re very happy with this refrigerator. Lots of room. Door in door feature works great. Ice dispenser is tall enough for water flasks. I wish the tray beneath the ice dispenser was removable for cleaning instead of having to wipe it down in place. I also wish that the actual internal temperatures would be displayed on the panel in addition to the ‘set’ temperatures. Overall, we’re happy we purchased this model.

This is the second time we have purchased this model of fridge from LG. We love the size of it, the quick access door, and how quiet it is. It truly is one of the highlights of our kitchen.

I only had this for a month. But it is the best refrigerator I ever had owned. I love the hidden third door. Inside is very bright! Great use of dos e with the ice maker in the door rather than inside of the freezer. The only negative active thing I can say is that of the tube on top of the refrigerator adds to the height so measure carefully

We’ve Been using this new one for almost a month. Our last refrigerator is also LG, the compressor stopped working all of a sudden and we contacted with LG customer service but didn’t work out unfortunately, it’s holiday season and local authorized service center was closed as well. We couldn't live without refrigerator and went to bestbuy for the this new one right away. My husband and I love the door feature, that’s one of the main reason why we picked this one. Comparing the same price range, LG is the ideal option considering overall condition, the compressor is the concern though. Hopefully, this one could last longer and LG customer service in North America could be improved! Thanks.

This refrigerator works well. Purchased a stainless steel and fingerprints always show... no matter how many times I wipe and spray it down. The door in door works beautifully. I do miss having a drawer for butter or cheese or my herbs. Overall I’m satisfied with this product.

Our busy family loves the door within a door. We prefer the side by side of the refrigerator over the French door models. Buy some stainless steel cleaner as fingerprints do show on this unit but clean up is easy.

I actually was going to get a cheaper refrigerator but due to the limited quantities I bought this one. I was very pleased. This holds everything my family needs and the door in door option is great.
