I love the door in the door feature! I also love how much room I have both in the frig and the freezer!

This fridge has exceeded my expectations by far! I love all the features, I love the look and style. The door in door feature is awesome! Lots of space for everything. No complaints so far!

So far, after only a few days, we love this frig. We can organize sections and see absolutely everything. Love, love it. Delivery from Best Buys' contractors was efficient, pleasant, helpful and professional. They moved our old frig out to the garage, gave me time to clean underneath (ugh!) and went over all the essential points of the new one. Totally awesome experience.

Nicely designed, great look , spacious. haven't tried ice that much but seems to be working fine. Best thing that we liked and the reason we bought is door in door design and that's awesome. Working perfectly for us.

First one had broken freezer basket, replacement had scraped metaledge on top left shelf. Need to help mprove quality control. Drawers open with bottom handle which is odd, used to pull on top of drawer! For the first week, all is okay. Like bottom freezer space.

Good product for 2years but started loud noice and weren’t fixable, so far an ok product from lg

A really high end fridge for a good price. I love the LG brand and the black stainless steel.

The Frig itself is great however the water that it dispenses taste like garden hose water even after running about 10 gallons through the system to flush it, but there is no bad taste in the ice. I’ve read on LG forums some of the same complaints that’s blamed on a small reservoir that is supposedly the issue

If I could marry an appliance this would be the one. It’s a close tie with the matching range though. Looks beautiful, doesn’t leave prints. Love the size of the drawers, especially the large meat drawer. I also love that it beeps at me when I leave the fridge open too long. I have a tendency to do that.

We love this fridge, there is lots of room, the split shelf is really helpful to hold milk gallons. The water comes out of the door is cold and has good pressure.

Never buy LG. I thought it use to be a great company but nope. Stop freezing and staying cool after 3yrs. Called Geek Squad had plan but they suck offered no help LG scheduled service 3 weeks out but day of service in hour 3 of 4hr window my service was cancelled...lol and then they said couldn't get to me for two more months.

Perform as described, allows for greater placement in the footprint. Runs quiet, no issues.

Shelves are great, and the freezer is very large! Love the extra ice bin in freezer!

So far I love my fridge. It’s only been two days it looks very nice in my newly remodeled kitchen.

The product has not been received and no update is being provided by BBY as to when it will be delivered.

Getting an item damaged in delivery doesn’t make the entire line bad it’s your specific item... anyway I’m happy matte black looks amazing minimal fingerprints and nice lighting inside

Bought my refrigerator and the ice maker never worked. Contacted LG and repairman sent out. They determined that the door was bad. LG sent out the wrong door. Now they say they do not have the parts. They sent a $100.00 check for my troubles. Very poor customer service.
