I like the TV, the webOS and remote works well. Able to Install many streaming apps with WebOS that I feel is quick and easy when looking for apps. When we are Watching TV with Hulu and movies on Netflix in the kitchen, it looks great, and the picture is perfect at 1080p.

I have an LG 27" monitor that looks fantastic, and I absolutely love our 65" LG TV in the living room. I needed a new TV for the kitchen, and this seemed to check all the boxes for the best option and bonus points for being white. Sadly this 27" model ended up being a dud.
WebOS interface, which is the same as my 65" TV, is super sluggish on this. Sometimes lagging by a second or 2 while trying to change menu settings. I ran an update thinking that might fix some issues, but it did nothing.
The sound is absolutely atrocious. Like others have said it sounds like it's coming out of a tin can. Very tinny and hollow.
It's an IPS panel which surprised me even more to see the color shifting a little when viewing it on an angle. Something I don't see even on cheaper TV's.
The picture quality is very crisp. No complaints. Motion is fluid too. The brightness and colors are very dull. I brought 2 family members to get 2nd opinions and they said the screen looked flat. I played around with settings turning off the AI settings to see if maybe it was dimming the screen, but it was still was too dull. Once again, knowing the high praise this TV gets online, I compared it to the same channel playing on our 65" LG and the difference was huge. the larger TV's whites were bright and vibrant. This TV was not.
It's much heavier than expected too. I think it's because the metal stand is built into the unit in case you want to rest it on a tabletop. I was planning on mounting it but due to the unusual shape the screen ends up not being parallel with the wall mount. Instead it's a little of an angle.
I really wanted to like this TV, and I'm so surprised how disappointed the picture looks compared to even my 12 year old kitchen TV it is replacing. Unfortunately for this price I had to return it and go back to searching for something else.

Yup definitely a great buy. We have been asked by friends what it is and where we purchaced this TV.
This unit requires no stand or attaching feet. Easy to set up and operate as a smart TV. Love it. A recommended buy if you are looking for kitchen unit.

It is portable, pretty, and has great picture and sound. It also works with my other LG remotes. Screen is large enough that it doesn't seem small. Is perfect size for a kitchen or bathroom.

My Sceptre TV in the kitchen lost it's audio completely. I wanted a new white smart TV and this LG 27" more than delivers everything I want including WI-FI. It is really a very nice TV - beautiful picture and great audio. Love it!

GREAT TV if you are just streaming and don't have cable. I can move it anywhere and don't need a stand because of the wedge-shaped bottom. Screen/picture quality is good, sound quality is good enough. Very user-friendly once you get it set up.

Amazing picture. Great size for small space.
This was purchased for my elderly mother. The operating system doesn’t offer an app for Spectrum. Still have to use a Roku. Not easy to use theti er function.

Exactly what I was looking for. Only problem was delivery. The carrier left it not on my front porch but standing up in front of the porch in the product packaging so anyone can see it was a tv. Lucky it was there when I got home.
