Honestly this is the first ‘smart TV’ we’ve purchased. Thought we’d made a big mistake! We’re not used to all this ‘new tech’ which isn’t my really new. We figured out the remotes and how to use them for TV and shows. We are liking our purchase A LOT!!

This is the most I've ever spent on a TV and I really regret it. This TV would not stay connected to my wi-fi. The problem got progressively worse within the 20 days of purchasing this TV. I contacted Best Buy just shy after 17 days (I had gotten sick so I put it off) and they said they couldn't help me. I had to go straight to LG and LG "fixed" the TV and sent it back to me and it's still broken. I'm now stuck with a $200 broken TV. I'm very disappointed in Best Buy and LG.
Hi, Cori. Thanks for reaching out to us and sharing your experience with us. We understand your concern about the trouble you're experiencing with your LG TV (27LQ600S-WU) model, especially after spending so much on it. A Wi-Fi connection issue can sometimes be resolved by reconnecting to the network or ensuring the router firmware is up to date. If the problem persists, we recommend resetting the TV’s network settings and reconnecting it to a different Wi-Fi band (2.4GHz vs. 5GHz). Wanted a white tv for the kitchen and LG is the only one. Legs on the stand are too far apart to fit on a small space. Picture is fine,. Sound is AWFUL.speakers are on the bottom. Connectivity is AWFUL for streaming . WORST TV IN THE HOUSE. NEEDED A FIRESTICK to stream., and now its fine. The setting menu goes on forever . Its ridiculous .SOMEONE ELSE PLEASE MAKE A WHITE TV!!

Overpriced, I wanted more, flesh tone quirks

As of the the date of this review, it’s overpriced at $210 when one can get a 55” LG 4K TV for $150 dollars more.
It’s surprisingly heavy, has a curved back panel, and at $210 I would expect in addition to the 2 HDMI ports that I would also get a USB-C port instead of the old USB this tv stuck me with.
I noticed that it has problems keeping constant natural-looking flesh tones regardless if it’s on HDR or SDR settings, YouTube videos vs regular tv broadcast is a good example. My Pixel 7 and 6 year old regular iPad don’t suffer from this defect. Perhaps it’s just the set I received.
On the positive side, it has a bright picture.

Can’t give it a zero. You will need a pin to push the buttons on the remote. Impossible to program a new app. You Tube tv. I have a Roku that works great. I saw the reviews and thought I would give it a try, JUNK, it’s going back.
Hi there. Thank you for reaching us. I'm so sorry to hear that you're having a frustrating experience with our 27LQ600S-WU TV and YouTube TV. I can imagine how disappointing it must be to feel like the remote is not user-friendly and the lack of accessibility is causing you inconvenience.
First and foremost, I apologize for any confusion or frustration caused by the requirement of a PIN to access certain features on the remote control. I understand that this may not be what you expected, especially when compared to your Roku device which seems to be working well for you. Please reach out to us on social media @LGUSSupport so we can help you further. ^Cris
