We love, love, love this range. We really couldn't be happier with our selection. It is a beautiful addition to our newly updated kitchen. The only thing that we might change would be to make the timer notification a bit louder. Other than that, I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this product.

Works & Looks great - VERY difficult to clean

Had this installed about three weeks now. I love the small oven for most things. The larger convection oven is great and have really enjoyed using the conv. roast. I like the burners. They work well. Have not really used the 5th burner yet. Other reviews say its not hot enough to cook pancakes but I use an electric griddle for that. So far, the only thing I don't like is trying to clean the top. The surface is way too soft for the beating it takes. Spills will burn onto the top from the heat and even the slightest scrubbing leaves giant scratches. This must be painted and not enameled. I like to scrub and clean when I get done with cooking and trying to soak burned on spills off is a bit of a pain. Not to mention that I'm afraid within a year the top will look disastrous. Scratches in the pic are from using a green pad for non-stick cookware with almost no pressure trying to remove burned on liquids.

    We like the dual ovens...

We bought this stove because we have a large family and it always seems we have conflicting baking needs when preparing some of our meals. The dual oven/convection oven is a PLUS!!!! We had wanted a stove that came in white to match our other appliances, but this one only came in stainless. My husband liked it enough that we bought it anyway... The stainless is hard to keep looking nice -- always shows fingerprints and water spots... Cleaning it is a hobby! The bottom oven has an interestingly designed over rack. It has a curved lip that one must watch out for when putting in pans/sheets. This is fine if what one is cooking is "solid", but if the food has juices or is very full, it is hard to get down on one's knees to position the pan (etc) up and "into" the rack without spilling.

I have always wanted a self - cleaning gas oven. Having the lower and upper ovens and being able to cook at two different temperatures is awesome. My favorite feature is the Super Boil burner. It brings things to a boil in half the normal time. This stove is simply amazing! The stainless steel cleans up easily.

This is a very nice range, with two ovens and five burners and lots of neat features. I purchased it at a good price during the recent sale. The range was converted at installation from natural gas to propane. I have had three issues. First, the control panel for the ovens failed within the first month of installation. It is being repaired under the warranty. I considered this to be a possible quality issue. Second, the center burner has very low heat, not sufficient for bacon or pancakes. I considered this to be a performance issue. I sent an email to LG tech support to inquire if the orifice for the center burner could be swapped out for a larger one, to deliver more gas. (The natural gas orifices, which I had the installer save for me, are larger than the propane orifices.) However, I did not get a response from LG. I would suggest that this is an issue that should be checked and/or discussed at the time of installation. Third, the installer did not adjust the low heat settings on the burners. I found instructions for this adjustment in the owner's manual and did it myself. You need a very thin screwdriver to do it. I you are not handy, be sure that the installer makes the adjustment. Other than these concerns, I like the range very much so far. I therefore recommend it with the above cautions.

This thing has a battery back up for the clock. That's right, you lose power? Don't worry, it's good. Also, when the timer goes off, it plays dance music to get you to twerk yourself right into the kitchen to retrieve your quiche. It's easy to clean, the dual ovens are baller-tastic, and the stainless steel is great for re-sale value according to HGTV remodeling shows. I got a slightly beatup open box one for half price, so I'm kind of a big deal. I don't know that I would've paid full price, so wait for a holiday.

Really love this product. We got it as a floor model they were trying to get rid of so the price was right. The performance seems flawless to us so far. Love the double oven and the range top. The only two negatives we see so far are the annoying music it plays when the oven gets to temp (preheating) -- which is sort of loud.. and doesnt seem like there is any way to silence it or turn it down & the controls to turn on the burners is super sensitive. It is easy to bump it (we have a very small kitchen) and accidentally turn it on. ALso we have a two year old and he can turn it on pretty easily too because you just have to barely push it in to turn. Both of these criticisms are actually pretty minor. We really love the sotve and would buy it again.

We just remodeled our kitchen and this new oven complements it perfectly. It is really nice to have a double oven now to be able to cook two different things at two different temperatures. We also love the skillet burner. It seems to take a little longer than I thought it would for the skillet to get hot, but we're still getting used to everything. Our range before this was electric, so switching to gas is an all new experience and we're loving it. To be fair, I should probably review this oven after we've used it for several months, but in the first 3 weeks of having it, I'd have to say it is outstanding all the way around.

We've had the stove for about a month, and have put it through it paces: Broiled meat and veggies, made short-order breakfast for a large crew, baked a variety of cakes, cookies and bread, and generally abused it. It's a work-horse! It permits you to multi-task...broiling the main course while baking dessert and prepping side dishes and sauces. The simmer/low heat burner does a great job of holding dishes at the right temp. In short, it makes cooking more fun and manageable, if--like most of us--you're pressed for time. Clean up is easy. The stove grates come off simple and fast, and the oven interior cleans quickly. It has only one quirk that I found a little disturbing. I purchased the oven, partially, because of the convection feature on the lower oven. For a while in my youth, I baked professionally, and I always loved the fast, even, crisp-crust textures convection ovens produced. This oven, by default, adjusts the temperature down 25 degrees in convection mode...which means that it cooks in more or less the same amount of time as a non-convection oven. But I LIKE the result of baking in a normal convection mode...the baked good is done faster, the crust is crispier, and the sugars more caramelized giving the crust a deep golden brown. So after some minor frustration and a little research, I discovered you can either adjust the temps up 25 degrees above recipe or turn the default temperature adjustment in convection mode off. The result is the same. It bakes like a convection oven should: fast and evenly. It's a great utility appliance!

I love the small upper oven because it' easy to use, bakes well. The controls are very simple to use. I love the music it play, makes me want to bake all day. The lower oven is very precise. I haven't use the convection oven yet, but looking forward to it. Oven looks very well in my kitchen, and does a great job. LG has a way of putting special touches in it's products.

My wife and I cook quite a bit, so when we were getting ready to remodel our kitchen, we decided to go all out and get the double oven. We shopped around quite a bit and decided on the LG 30" double oven because it appeared to offer the best performance for the price. Other reviews have said that the opening between the double pane glass of the ovens will allow spills in. That's true, but you can take apart the door to clean it, and I guarantee the glass is a better quality than what was on my last oven. Also, the superboil burner is fantastic. We really love the option of baking two completely different things at once and are glad we went with the upgrade. The only minor complaint is that when we fire up the upper oven, we hear a large "bang" when the metal between the ovens reaches a certain temp. We hear the same "bang" when the upper oven cools down. I don't know if this will lessen with time (we've had the range for a month now), but it's a minor inconvenience in my mind for all the other benefits.

I bought mine as an "open box" item so I received a great deal. I'm still getting used to all the features- read the book for sure! This thing can do almost anything. So far I've used the burners and the top oven- still pending on the convection oven. It's worked very well.

The stove is great for cooking and easy to use, but can definitely use some improvements. The convention oven tends to overcook / burn the back part of the food and throughout the years the display area has cracked and is not coming off.

To start I have to say he customer service from Best Buy is the BEST around. I purchased my stove months ago, but we didnt progress quickly enough in our remodel so it was not installed. When I FINALLY went to open it for instal, it was the WRONG STOVE. Best Buy worked quickly to get me what I wanted and for that I will ALWAYS be a Best Buyer! The stove is great the super burner gets it done nice and quick. Love the double oven function on Easter. My only issue and it is not that serious and reviews did mention it... The center burner is not as hot as you would expect for a "griddle" function. HOWEVER, I LOVE LOVE LOVE my Samsung 5 burner dual oven with CONVECTION!!!!

If you're considering this unit go no further and buy it right now. It is gorgeous and a conversation starter. Plus it performs fantastic. As the man of the house I typically stay out of the kitchen (which is great because my wife doesn't want me in there), however I find myself going into the kitchen just to admire it. My wife loves how quickly the oven heats up, and the different burner intensities. I've had Viking appliances before and worried about stepping down. Then I saw this and feel like I upgraded. Great stainless finish, high quality grates, very modern looking and good sized oven openings. I'd put one in my man cave if I could. It looks that good!
