Customers recognize the double oven as a standout feature, with many expressing their appreciation for its convenience. The range's affordability is also a positive factor, with customers acknowledging that they are getting good value for their money. While the stainless steel's susceptibility to smudges and fingerprints is a minor drawback, the overall sentiment towards this range is positive.

We have other LG products (washer and dryer) that we bought about 2 years ago, and had no problems whatsover. We except the oven will have just as high a quality.

Bottom oven is a little low but we use the upper except for really large items (roasts, turkey) so that isn't an issue

We were reasonably happy with this LG gas double oven while it worked. Unfortunately the electronic panel simply stopped functioning about three months after we purchased it (Aug 2011). This makes the oven unusable. The LG repair service is abysmal. Last Thursday was the third time the repairman came and he still has failed to fix it. Each time, he announces that he doesn't have the correct part and will need to order another part. I've been without an oven for three weeks and it's now one week from Xmas. Based on the large number of complaints about LG appliances that I'm now seeing on other websites, it seems LG either doesn't have enough parts to service all the failed stoves, or they simply don't have competent repair people. I am asking the store to take it back and give me a replacement of another brand.

I bought this stove in Dec 2011. Due to the convenient upper oven, I don't use the bottom oven too much. Maybe used the bottom oven 6-7 times and it died just a year out of warranty unfortunately. I combed the user guide and internet with the error code and did as instructed with zero results. I didn't buy the extended warranty thinking I was buying a quality product. If the repair costs will exceed more than a standard oven, I'll probably replace it with a lesser costing oven that I might expect to go out in a few years. If you can't live without his oven - buy the service contract.
