Easy to use, love the convection feature! Love the smooth top easy to clean!

I love everything about my new refrigerator. I have a small area and this is the perfect refrigerator for that place . It is designed with large drawers and large shelves on the side. The ice maker in the door gives more freezer space. You can set your favorite temperature for the refrigerator and freezer.

When shopping for all new kitchen appliances, I decided on the LG brand because of looks and features. After about one week, I needed to clean the interior because a pie ran over. After running the easy clean cycle, I noticed that some of the porcelain inside had popped off. Since I had purchased the extended warranty I contacted LG first and they told me that the finish was NOT under warranty. I could not believe that. They didn't even want to send someone out to check it out. I then called Bestbuy and they told me the same thing. I was pretty upset with a 1200.00 range. Best buy finally agreed to ship me another range. I used the Convection Roast for a whole chicken and it browned the chicken so dark, I had to take it out and the inside was not cooked well. I will probably use the Convection Bake for meats next time. I haven't had it long so I guess I will have to experiment with convection cooking. As far as the digital controls, I don't think I like the touch pad for burners. Reaching over hot cooking pots to adjust the temperature is not good. It takes more time to adjust the temps than with a knob. In the past, I have had trouble with LG appliances like laundry machines. LG does not stand behind their appliances like they should . I had 4 service calls on the washer in the first 4 yrs. Dryer does not dry good. Be sure to purchase the extended warrantees on appliances. Best Buy came through with me on this one.

Just as I expected. This is the upgraded one with the warming drawer and infrared grill/heat. I did not like the base one with only one handle so I got this one as it has two. The infrared is really only good for pre-heating quicker. The interior is sharp with the cobalt blue, cleans easy. I would recommend.

We have only had this stove for 6 weeks at the time of writing this review. It is a replacement for a Bosch stove, which was a big disappointment. I read other reviews before purchasing. A big unknown is how long the membrane control panel will last. We do love the membrane control panel. Very easy to see which burners are on, easy to change setting and see the number. The Easy Clean feature is well named. It only cleans stuff which is easy to clean. We use the provided bottle to spray and remaining water goes in the pan. It is fast, but do not expect it will remove much. This model has infrared grill. The oven controls use the grill and other elements. Interesting. The interior blue is bright. It does help to see the food as it is cooking with the oven light turned on. The normal self cleaning cycle works well. It removed the charred remnants from something which spilled out of some dish. The stove top also gets hot when this cycle is used, so need to remove things from the stovetop. The control panel shows "HS" for Hot Surface on each of the controls. My wife is finally using the warming ring. In the Bosch the control for this was not easy to find. On the LG clearly marked on the membrane like the other rings. We like having the two big rings at the front. Many stoves have one at the front and one at the back, but handles etc get in the way at the back. Better design to have these rings at the front. The temperature control on the rings is better than the Bosch, but still not perfect. The old open burner style of decades ago seemed to use a rheostat to control the current for a given temperature a lot better than present day controls which oscillate between OFF and ON as in full power. Fine for high heat, not as good for simmer. The LG does better than the Bosch which burned easily on simmer. The design of the oven is with a vent at the front above the door. This is the first stove we have purchased which vents at the front. You will not get burned, but just be aware you will feel some heat from the oven when it is operating. It seems the benefit of this design is that the back of the stove stays cleaner. So far, very good. We are very happy with the purchase.

So glad I chose this stove. Easy to use. Elements hear fast. Oven works like a charm.

Real happy with this stove since we also use it as a microwave since it's a convection oven. The broiler simply rocks, heats up super quick and is very hot making broil/browning times drop significantly

My new LG flat top range w/warming drawer is a delight to use. I also enjoy the convection oven feature. Everything bakes so evenly. Great purchase!

I love the convection oven. Everything is so much juicier and good, cooks faster too. Best buy team was great helping me decide on my purchase and installing.

This is one great stove/oven. I cooks great. Now I am finally understanding the convention cooking. Family was visiting it was great having 3 racks for doing pizza. I love the blue interior.

I can't find a single complaint with this range. Controls are easy to use, the oven is roomy, and the convection cooking is awesome. Looking forward to Thanksgiving dinners!

Heats up fast on top and inside. Performs as it should for the price we paid. I like the blue onside to help watch the food closer. It is easy to clean up as well.

Love all the features (touch screen knobs, cooktop, infrared, warming drawer, convection bake). Works great. Would have given a 5 but Timer alarm sound is different from any other & very quiet; hard to hear from another room but you get used to listening for it & really not that big of a deal.

The convection cooking is faster. Cook top with a warmer is great. Burners that have more than one size. Would recommend to others.

This range has more features than the last one that I had. I love the bells an whistles that came with this one. I'm learning how to adjust my cooking temps because this one gets much hotter than my last one. When I read the reviews, some people did not like the ticking sound of the burners. I do! A couple of times I was upstairs and heard the ticking. Nothing was cooking. The burner had been left on by mistake. With the cost of electricity these days, who wants to pay extra for nothing!

I bought this range in combination with a LG refrigerator for the consistent style. LG has always provided a great experience for me when purchasing their kitchen appliances. This range is no exception. The range tops heat up quicker than I anticipated. The only main adjustment that needed to take place was the habit of using buttons rather than knobs to control the heat.

The service at the Florence Best Buy was outstanding. The Store Manager (Joe) was particularly helpful and contacted me several times to help and follow up. He made a long time Best Buy customer out of me. Great Job!!

Cooks evenly took a bit to get use to because my old stove apparently didn't get to correct temp. It seems to be a little hotter than marked temp it does warn about that though. Husband doesn't like push button for selecting temp and doesn't like numbers would prefer it to show low medium, medium high etc instead of lo (for low) 1.7 - 9 H (for high). It would be better with knobs, I think the push button will wear out quicker and cost more to fix.

Haven't used the stove much yet. Like the even heat and quick response of burners warming up. Still adjusting to cleaning procedures
