The picture was fine but it did not have the apps and features that my Samsung did. I bought this one because of the price but my other TVs are Samsung and I was just not satisfied with it. No comment on the sound, I really did not take notice because I packed it up an hour later.

Note, though, that this TV has two significant downsides: (1) The sound quality is terrible. Tried all of the available presets (there is no independent treble and bass control), but none were very good. Also, the steps between volume settings are rather coarse. Cannot seem to find a good setting that isn't too loud or quiet. (2) The smart TV OS used, webOS, is terrible. If you simply want to use one of the installed apps to stream content, it works fine. If you want to stream to the TV from an app on your tablet or smartphone, good luck. I ultimately just installed a Chromecast on this TV and that works perfectly for streaming from all apps on our mobile devices. All-in-all, a reasonably good quality TV for the price but with significant downsides.
