    Not happy with the picture or sound. The person who installed tv neglected to explain the features of a smart tv. First time owning one. Get messages stating smart tv is unavailable.

    Received damaged tv

    When I set up the tv and turned it on I had no picture. The screen was cracked. I called for assistance but was told it was over the return time limit. I called LG for help, they said the tv was damaged and not their responsibility. The tv went directly into the garbage. No help from Best Buy or LG. Last LG product I will ever buy.

    Remote quit working after 4 uses. Tried a universal remote and it didn’t work. Now I have to deal with LG because it’s out of the return policy time frame

    I’ve usually had good experiences with LG products, but this TV has horrible sound no matter which sound mode I choose.

    The TV has loose and disconnected fixers on the back. It’s not properly refurbished. I’m going to retun it.

    Did not work. Geek Squad could not determine what was wrong. Returned item without difficulty. Still convinced it had been returned by another customer.

    A smart tv that has a remote with 46 buttons, doesn't have a very high IQ. Confusing user interface. Apps work entirely different than on other TVs.

    Sorry to say, I had a problem with this TV shortly after I bought it, it had distorted coloring and it took me forever to get my money back, and I had to jump through hoops to get it back.

    My first TV shipped has a cracked screen. No one has picked it up yet either. I really wished I hadn't bought another one. Your help phone wise was terrible. Plus charged for help.

    I didnt care for this TV cause i specifically said i did not want a 720p and it doesn't say it on the box. I only knew after reading the receipt. But yes the buttons on the remote are small and i felt confused on how to navigate.
