So far no complaints! My previous bedroom TV was tiny and very outdated. My main concern about a new TV was that I had been borrowing one from someone while I shopped around, and that particular one was so bright, even on the lowest setting that I barely even turned it on. I used to like to leave my TV on when I fell asleep but it seared my eyes out. I was nervous all newer tvs would have that issue as I noticed they all seem to be made to be brighter and brighter. This doesn't hurt my eyes BUT it's also perfect during the day. Nothing worse than too dim of a picture either and this is next to a window. There are a lot of remote buttons and it's a little overwhelming but overall I'm on day 3 and I love it. Picture is great and I'm getting it mounted tomorrow! Great price point in my opinion as well

I needed a smart tv and inexpensive for my office. Best Buy had an open-box sale when I visited the store and purchased this LG TV. I have been very happy. I have had no issues, the picture is clear, size is just perfect for my office, and the apps were all pre-installed which was great, AND it came with the remote! I didn't want to pay full price for a tv and this was definitely a great buy!

Very good picture and surprising audio. This is a great option to put a TV anwhere your wifi reaches.

This was a phenomenal buy. The specs say it's only 720p screen, but my eyes tell me different. It looks like full HD to me, with great definition and the colors pop out like a champ. At times it can be a little dark, but that can be adjusted to taste. Sound is really good too, which is something I didn't expect. It struck me as a little tinny at first, but when I opened the included equalizer option, I adjusted it to a much better pleasing sound than before. The WebOS system works well, and I hooked it up with no problems.After connecting with the internet I received the necessary updates and it's now running like a champ. Access to free internet channels is staggering. Included apps work great, but it didn't come with Paramount+. It can be downloaded through the app store, but I find it doesn't work very well. It keeps crashing on me every time I watch a movie, or I'm scrolling through the listings. I need to contact Paramount and figure out why this is happening. Additional Note: I have never had luck in picking up over the air channels with my old TV. But this one gave me 66 channels that appeared almost out of the blue. It's not my antennas work, I'm still using the old one. This TV has a terrific tuner built in. PROS: Great Price. Amazing Picture. Quality Build. Many Free Web Channel Options. Picks Up Antenna TV Very Well. CONS: Not Full HD (but I think you won't even notice), Remote could be a little more intuitive, and Paramount+ App doesn't play well on it. Recommended.

Lg 32 inch was replacement for older 32 inch for my relative. The set was easy and the features worked as expected. The quality and colors were great. I would pick this model over other brands because the price and quality of the product.

Stop the presses! Find this LG 32” Smart TV, 32 LM577BPUA at your local Best Buy and take it home. WOW! For a 32” at 720p HD this tv is great. WiFi and ethernet so you don’t need a cable box. I use Xfinity streaming from LG apps and get all channels. Disney+ and Youtube, Siriusxm and Amazon Prime all and more available in LG Apps. Xbox games and DVD movies look great also. Digital sound out for sound bar, 2 HDMI, 1 USB and comes with same remote as other LGs so if you’re already familiar with LG it’s a bonus. Setup was easy, it is light in weight and you can either have it on a stand or on the wall. Picture and sound for small room or bedroom perfect out of the box. I am very happy with this purchase.

This 32" LG Class LED HD Smart webOS TV has been a wonderful addition to our room. It is sleek, very lightweight and fit perfect in our entertainment cabinet. Also, it was very easy and quick to install. The picture is beautiful with great detail. The price was comparable to other TVs of the same size with the same specifications.

This is a new 2021 model from LG and it has a great picture and a host of Smart TV features. However, it is missing a couple of features that LG claims are include with this new model, namely the Apple TV app and Apple AirPlay 2 capability. The TV appears to have an older version of webOS pre-installed that does not include the Apple TV app and AirPlay. My other LG TV is three years older than this new model and software updates have added the Apple TV app and AirPlay to it, yet there is no update available for the new 32” webOS TV to add the Apple specific features that LG says are supposed to be pre-installed. I contacted LG about the missing features but they had no explanation or solution. The absence of the claimed features isn’t a dealbreaker, however, as I didn’t decide to purchase this TV specifically for the Apple TV app and AirPlay, but it sure would be nice if they were included as advertised. Nice TV otherwise.

It is what’s it says, a smart tv, very similar to my larger screen lg that I have. Very light weight, it was super easy to mount on the wall. Good picture quality and smart functionality.

Great for the price and a upgrade from traditional TV's because I purchase this product to assist with getting rid of the cable company (Spectrum) whom was digging out of my pocket ever chance they got. I was so tired of being on a fix income and Spectrum kept on increasing my cable bills. So far this TV has been wonderful and I truly regret that I didn't do this sooner. If I could go back into time I would have bought a smart TV a long time ago due to what I know now. I was afraid to change anything and do to my stupidity I over paid the cable company for year's my bill was $75 before Spectrum took over but once they became my new phone and internet plus cable company it slowly raised up to $278. At that point I was so done with them and looking for a way out and Best Buy gave me this great opportunity to be able to cut the cable card by buying a smart TV at a reasonable price and zero interest for 18 months. I bought several TV'S and came back home removing all my old TVs in a pile for donation. I kept my phone with Spectrum that was only $14.99 and my internet that was $75 and drop my cable lol and sign up with Hulu that was only $65 and I am very pleased with everything as a matter of fact I am receiving so many channels and my new smart tv even knows what I like. The only thing I dislike about my TV is the remote because it don't light up and small print on it

I bought this TV for my room after moving to replace an old Samsung. It's perfect for what I need it for. The picture is nice, the wireless connection works pretty good and reliably as well. I normally used wired connections but there was little different. The only complaint I have, and I have it for almost every device, is the remote. You would think that the one part of the television that we interact with would be designed with that in mind. Instead they put on buttons that don't even have functions, make them very small and dark and crowd them together. I might [point to the Roku remote as one that approaches how it should be done. Arrrrg...A long standing pet peeve. I hate the remote like the TV.

Easy initial setup and great picture quality. I only gave 4 stars due to the fact there is no manual to explain all the functions of the remote, or how to better understand the SMART setup. I could not find one for my specific unit online at the LG website.

Got this to replace a Samsung in my guest room after all the ports stopped working. I've had the same problem with two other Samsung's I've owned and an electronics guy I know told me it's a problem with the main board. So no more Samsungs. I got this LG based on the good performance of my main 65" LG as well as looking at reviews. After several days, I think I made the right choice. Set up was easy. Simply follow the prompts and you'll be fine. I like that the remote has buttons for both Netflix and Amazon Prime, the two subscription services I use. Picture quality is very good for a 720p set and sound is acceptable...not great, but not terrible. Not cinema quality for sure, but just fine for casual TV watching. I'm not too worried about it as this is the secondary TV. Remote works well. Not over-priced given the quality; a fair value. Would buy again.

Needed a smaller TV for a guest room. This was the perfect unit except for the remote. The buttons are too close together and black on black making finding the correct button that much more difficult in a darkened room. It would have helped even to put a tactile little dot on some of the buttons. Back lighting would have been even better. nope, just gotta either turn on a light, count buttons by feel, or struggle. sigh. However, the TV is great!

Great picture quality, great Smart TV overall, very happy with purchase, and it was a display model to boot, thx .... The one con, sound on TV speakers, I had AM transistor radios back in the 70s that sounded better than these speakers, only way to watch is in surround, or sound bar a must, I'm sure no one is surprised
