I purchased it to take it to my stepdaughter overseas and once I was putting it together tv apps would not work as it kept saying app not available download from the App Store and use phone. It was a hassle because when looking for the apps as Netflix, Disney and other apps were not available as the tv remote came automatically with does apps. And it will take you to a web browser to use them. 3 days later for some odd reason it began to work like it supposed to be working. I do not recommend this tv to anyone. Unless your using a fire stick tv or Roku because went to buy one to use it in the tv for my daughter to be able to use it properly

When I first unpacked it, it had a cracked screen, but they immediately replaced it for me. I love Best Buy!
