The operating system leaves something to be desired. Slow and the interface is not very user friendly. But these are not deal busters.

We shared what we needed due to space and the way my 82 year old father used the TV. Andrew explained that the TV's in stock were all smart TV's but made sure we bought one that could be set up the way my father would be able to easily use it. Andrew was fantastic! In fact, when we need a new TV, we plan on making the visit and seeing Andrew again!
