Set-up not as easy as Roku. BUT I purchased product protection and now Best Buy says they don't carry the remote - that I should buy it and they will reimburse me. They do carry it - it's on their website and in-stock.

Great little tv for when the grands visit! It has numerous APPs as well as local channels with having a small a subscription.

Good TV at a good cost. We've used LG tv's for years without issues. They're not the best (the OS has some sketchy interfaces), but they do a solid job and have been dependable for us.

Very easy to use the LG I’ve got a nut. I got another one and it’s simple. It’s not bad at all. It’s some it’s awesome. I say it’s a number 10 in my book.

Do NOT purchase this TV. It’s a LEMON! Buy your product elsewhere! Even though we have done countless years of business and personal shopping at Best Buy they are refusing to help us with the TV that is not communicating correctly with the remote. We returned to the store and BEST BUY made us buy a new remote. We brought it home and it just PROVED that it is the tv INFRARED that is DEFECTIVE. The BB staff won’t help us take any steps to rectify this defective TV—that is NEW and we’ve never been able to watch. We are BB members and within the 60 days. But no one cares. Next time we buy from Amazon with better customer service!
