We gave this machine two-stars only because the use in small room. It would be four or five stars if this were in a garage or large spaces. This appliance is well-built, is a very nice looking machine, and worked fine, but it is problematic for small bathroom and small spaces. Too much humidity flows into the room. We just swapped it for the dual heat pump version and like the heat pump model much better.

I’ve purchased the matching washer to this dryer, they’re stackable. I am absolutely very happy with both! They work great for in our 35ft. Montana fifth wheel.

The dryer is great and I have had no problems with it so far. It has a variety of functions that I wanted, such as a sanitizing feature, which makes it really useful.

I’m not happy with my purchase. I ordered this last month on 3/14 and within less than a month later the washer started leaking water out of the bottom and the back. I followed the manual instructions and read through everything. I called LG customer service who then tried to trouble shoot over the phone with me, when I really just wanted someone to come take a look at the machine. They instructed that I purchased tub cleaner and run the machine through a tub cleaner cycle and then see if that works. It did not resolve my issue and I only had done 3 loads total... and you want me to purchase something else to see if it resolves?! I would give zero stars if I could. The customer service woman was great, she even allowed me to follow up with her directly. However, the overall product is trash so far. I have a technician coming next week, will follow up with my experience afterwards. The product has a one year warranty. We will see how this goes. Not only am I upset about the product leaking water, but I have to do my laundry elsewhere now. Which defeats the whole purpose of me getting a new one.

Love the new appliance, it is so quite. It is so different from my old appliance. Love the options so it is not so hard on my clothes.

The ventless dryer works great. The trick is wash and dry smaller loads.

So I purchased these and was told that the stacking kit is included with the dryer. Come to find out it isn’t and that Best Buy is not going to help fix the issue. Keep in mind I bought these BRAND NEW and was not able to have them installed since the stacking kit that I was told cane with the dryer doesn’t actually come with it. So I have a washer and dryer sitting in my living room because of this. I went in to the store I purchased from and they were more worried about chatting amongst each other than trying to help. Their help was offering me LG’s phone number to call and get these. Doesn’t make sense that I paid for brand new machines and was told they care with the stacking kit but they didn’t. I think the employees need a little training on something. I will steer clear from ever purchasing appliances from Best Buy again.

Worst dryer ever. It stops constantly. I mean like sometimes as often as every couple minutes. The tech came out and said we needed to wash the lint trap with soap and water not just empty it after every use. So now we wash it allllllll the tiiiiiime. Seems to correct the issue most of the time (not all the time) but I e never heard of needing to wash the lint trap every few uses. (For what it’s worth, there’s never been a single dryer sheet in this dryer.) It blows hot air out the front which makes our entire living space unbearable. It blows straight onto our thermostat (not the dryers fault entirely) so in the summer we have to turn the A/C off to run it and in the winter the heat won’t kick on for hours after a load of laundry.

I’ve always had a gas dryer, but very pleased with this (electric) dryer the clothes come out perfectly especially the jeans

I had a small space to put the dryer and this works perfectly. There are many settings and i have no complaints at all

I was very disappointed to see that the dryer door does not swing in the same direction as the washing machine door. This being a stacking unit it just doesn’t make sense. And it is NOT reversible unlike a majority of other dryers. I was initially told it could be reversed, scheduled, rescheduled and then told no.
