It was my first purchasing of a washer. I cannot be more happy with this product. Quick and not too much noise and less water spending more over good price. (Best Buys Free delivery service was great)

We never wanted the front load washer. But when we had to upgrade the new features and front load capabilities make laundry fun and easy! Love the sanitize mode and child lock, too! Perfect for our family!

I’ve had it over a year and I still love it! It has been durable and I have had no problems with it. There are so many options when it comes to washing things and I love it!

I bought the LG washing machine because not of my parents have LG sets at their houses and they work great with no problems ever. I really like mine so far, it cleans my work clothes really well.

So far the washing machine is loved by the wife, but she is short and its soap/bleach/ingredient dispenser is way to tall for her to see into without climbing on a stool/platform etc..

We needed to replace our 2 year old Maytag due to the top loader fraying the edge of our towels and sheets. We researched and felt the LG was what we were looking for. So far it has not disappointed us.

After the product demonstration by the sales team there was absolutely no choice but to get the best. The style the options the obvious feel of quality in my home makes me a very satisfied customer

We absolutely love this washer. We used to have a top load and this seems so much gentler on our clothes. There are also a lot of options to help you wash just about anything in this machine.

Love the washer. Plenty of settings and love the magnet in the door that keeps it closed but open enough to vent and prevent mold. Hinges are made of metal rather than plastic so very durable.

It's been 12 years since purchasing my last washer and dryer, I love all the new features of this washer. It also has a sanitary cycle that comes in handy. Quiet operation, love the color also.

I rated it 4 stars only because the spin cycle seems to be a little a little slow to start. If the load is out of balance, it keeps trying to readjust to get it right and that can take some time. Other wise its a great machine

LG has done a great job with this front load washer. Drain hose available in front for release of any extra water. Nice touch to help keep the washer fresh. Also door magnet to keep slightly ajar.

This washer has great features including the steam cycle. It has enough options to take care of all your needs and it's fast. We upgraded from an old LG and we couldn't be happier.

The sales person at Best Buy store was very nice and knowledgeable. That was the reason I bought it from him. The machine works well but I only had it for a month. It is a little more noisier than my old one, which is hard to believe.

This clothes washing machine does a superior cleaning job on all load types from heavy/bulky to delicates. The only problem is that the load cycle setting selections are difficult to read for a visually impaired individual.

Have had for about 1 month, and so far really like. Stainless looks great. One thing I wish, is that I use an iPhone, so the NFC does not have an app that works with the iPhone, just an android.

Really no complaints. It is a learning process. I was amazed how much water drained from the bottom hose. Be prepared with more than a small container. It's also not simple if you're not capable of bending or squatting or kneeling.
