||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the graphite color, remote access, push notifications when the cycle is done, and other technology features. Unfortunately, we have attempted various options and followed all the troubleshooting advice on balancing this machine and it still shakes rather violently during the spin cycle at the end. I can actually hear it upstairs, so I know when the cycle is on it’s last leg. Our previous machine which was the same brand & general style, just eight years older didn’t do this. For this reason, I would not recommend it to others.

Out of the box issues....

The washer itself works great and does a great job. LG customer service doesn’t have tech’s after 5pm or on weekends after people get off.

Call the LG support they told me they are working on that was a month ago and I don't hear anything what going on. No recommend to anyone using Apple products (IOS). I give 3 stars because the washer do not support IOS otherwise 5 stars
