I love this washer it washes my clothes really good and leave them smelling great with a good amount of detergent and softener. Just wish I was a little bit taller because it's hard to go to the bottom of the washer barrel.

I love this washing machine. It cleans clothes amazingly without fading your colors. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the tray for detergent seems to hold some water because when I pull the tray out for the next load a little water comes out into the washer. So it may leak a little.

I love the washing machine. You can pause it to add more laundry if you forgot (unlike the front loader) keep that in mind. It is really deep in 5'2 & it's kind of a reach to get the clothes but I can do it with no step stool. That is the only reason I gave it 4 stars!

This is our first HE washer. Very happy with it. Like the dryer, so many ways to clean your clothes, I do feel that the clothes get cleaner than our old one. Very happy with this too.

our last washer broke down, the repairman who came out to fix told us it would cost more to fix than to replace, he says he gets fewer repair calls for the LG line of washer. we love it so far and the capacity seems huge to us right now

tub size is well larger than the previous lg front load that i had. plus it doesn't seem to be a battle to keep the mildew at bay. wish i had bought one of these several years ago when i bought the front load. great product for a great price.

This washer has been amazing! Very happy with it. I bought it 6 months ago and it has been great. It actually weighs your clothes and measures the precise amount of water required to fill the bin. It is also very fun to watch it spin!

These new washers are awesome! The technology difference between the old one and the new washer is like comparing Voyager to the ISS. The job was performed rapidly and efficiently. The installers were polite and informative.

I am very pleased with the new washer. So many features and easy to use.My first top load and I like the window too. Smart phone capability. Only complaint is the tub is so deep it's hard to reach small items at the bottom ( I am 5' tall). A friend has already bought one after seeing mine and she loves it too!

The best washer ever!!!....i just purchased this washer after being dissapointed with a few others... But thus one surprised me!!.. I wash big loads in it and they come out very well washed!!

Great washer and gets clothes clean. It can tear fragile fabric when spinning. My only real complaint is that the liquid detergent holder has a hole on the bottom of the loader that leaks detergent out. I'm not sure if this is a design issue but it is just weird to have the holder if it is ineffective.

Pleased with the washer. Easy to use. Efficient. Very large capacity. Did not need or want additional features available on higher priced models.

My first top loader as I had the space and the rating of the product by C-Tec and other sources rated this product as the clear choice over every other manufacturer made this great choice and I could not be more pleased

This Washer has a huge tub, cleans large loads wonderfully! Have nothing but good things to say.

We are happy with our purchase of this LG washer. With no agitator, You can wash bigger loads. The LG capacity even allows you to wash bulky items such as a bed spread. We are pleased with this purchase.

We bought this model because it was a floor model open box. We love it! It's super quiet and gets our clothes really clean! The only thing I would like to see added is the option to choose the water level for a load of laundry in stead of the washer just automatically sensing how much it thinks it should use

Washes large loads. I'm able to get my laundry done in 3/4 of the time than my old washer which was super large capacity. I like how it senses how much water to use and it does not take much detergent for clothes to come out clean. My kids think it's fun to watch the laundry through the window and it's pretty quiet.

My Samsung front load machine broke and it has bad reviews. Best Buy had it on sale and it had great reviews. It has 4.5 cubic feet capacity and I can add more clothes per wash because you can see how full the load is.

This washer is amazing! I love the different settings so that I can be very specific whether it's with delicates or my husband's work clothes. Also, for the number of options it has, it's very intuitive and user friendly.

This machine has all of the perks of a front loader without the need to keep sterilizing it. The fact that it doesn't have a full sized agitator is a real plus. No more twisted and torn clothes.
