They hooked up the hot water to the cold and vice versa. Maybe someone should tell them that RED means HOT and BLUE means cold. I don't have the proper tools to change it, so have to run a cold wash using hot setting, etc. until I buy a proper pair of pliers.

Great Wash machine for a Good price

I was especially surprised by the size loads it accommodates as well as how great a job it does cleaning them. I am still concerned with all the electronics technology built into it and how well it will hold over the next few years but as for now I'm very satisfied!

Love my new washer!

We can wash so much more with less detergent. It's taken some time to learn and try all the options and zero in on what works best for us. I really like that an extra rinse can be added. I read many online reviews in regards to the depth of the tub.... I'm 5' 11" so no problem!
