I love this washer so far. I have only had it a little over a month but it is perfect! It has a glass top so that you can peak in if you need to . It has many options for cycles and is very quiet.

We had researched various washers, and This LG metal drum washer was rated, excellent. It washes and rinses clothing very well, and the spin cycle dries the clothing VERY well, so that the washed clothing spend less time in the dryer. The LG washer uses very little water, and the wash cycle is also very quiet. When the wash ends, a FUN musical piece plays.

Washer is deeper than our old HE front load. Wife needs a step stool to get in there. And that's our only complaint. Zero problems. Seems to use more water than our previous front load from Frigidaire but that could just be perception. Reasonably quiet. No issues with cleaning, sound, vibration or anything like that. It's a really safe solid performer.

This machine would also be a great fit in lower spaces, it doesn't have a back on it so it appears smaller. Huge tub can easily do queen size quilts or comforters. Balances itself. Only drawback if you are short you will find it difficult to reach into the bottom for socks etc. Machine is deep. I am thrilled with this product.

We read up on several brands before purchasing. They all were about the same, except LG. That special motor is what got us. Once we started to use the washer, oh my, laundry day was a breeze. set it and done. Quiet, Efficient, 2 Loads and we're done. So easy, program has everything for every type of material. Someone finally got it right.

This is a top loader with no agitator, which holds a large amount of clothing. The stainless drum is smooth and does not catch on clothing. At first, the newly installed washer made a high pitched whine when spinning for a couple if weeks, but the sound quit after time. It is efficient on soap and gets the clothes clean.

This washing machine is excellent. It's not overly loud and does a great job with our laundry. We had a front load previously, but experienced mold it in. If you on fence between the top load or front, I would suggest the top load, plus having the controls right in front make it very convenient so you don't have to lean over the machine.

This washer is HUGE! The inside is stainless steel so we have no worries about mold. The clothes come out clean, and it is saving us so much time with the amount that it holds. The only con I can think of is that we had to buy a step stool to reach the clothes in the bottom of the washer. Very happy with this purchase! Would not hesitate to purchase.

I love love love this! I'm replacing a front loader with a foul smell that makes my clothes stinky! I love that I can reach into it front loaders are hard on your back if you don't have the pedastole things . This fits so many clothes it's amazing ! Plus there is a app and you can choose and download a preferred custom cycle on top of all the ones on it already . My clothes smell great even with my scent free laundry detergent.

Our experience was awesome. We love Best Buy and LG products. Our sales person was insightful, cheerful, and so pleasant to deal with. The washer and dryer work fantastic and are super quite. Would buy these all over again. From begining to end this was the easiest and best experience making a purchase of this magnitude.

I absolutely love this washer! It has many options on the loads. It also allows for larger loads such as comforters! We moved from a front load to a top load so without the agitator we have the same style but lose the mildew concerns of front load machines.

This is the first washer I owned. After a good research, I settle down on this product. After reading the reviews about most front loaders causing molds, I decided to buy top loading LG. This is the most efficient washer with ample amount of settings you need for your daily wasing needs. I took a look personally in store to compare. Even some washers offer 10-14 different settings, we do not use most of them on our daily life, so I settled on this rather paying extra. This is most cost -effctive, looks beautiful and performing excellent so far. I compared the same model in 3 different appliance stores at that time, but Best Buy was my preferred one, due to the ease of buying, free delivery and installation and the option of buying the geek squad protection. I had the Geek Squad for my TV and they are excellent. I am so happy with the machine and the service.

Needed to replace washer and dryer that did not match and had a lot of miles on them.This product meets or exceeds all reviews that I had read. Love the front location of the controls. And,controls are very user friendly and the unit is so quite. Very pleased with our purchase and Best Buy's delivery and set-up.

At the risk of sounding like an LG commercial this is the most affordable, quietest, best washer I've seen.

I'm very pleased with this washer, it cleans well and uses much, much less water than my old one. It's huge and handles large items like quilts with no problem. The only issue I have with it is that a full load is too much for my very old dryer! But it doesn't matter because it adjusts the water level to the size of the load.

Washer was installed by the store. A brief tutorial was given which was adequate. The washer is easy to operate and has functioned well for the last 3 months without problems. It has multiple Cycles that can be used from heavily soiled clothes to delicates. After the final spin cycle the clothes are almost dry.

When doing my first load I thought I had made a mistake getting this washer because it just didn't look like it was doing the job. Now I'm fascinated with the washing process and just keep watching how the washer works. I get a kick out of how it sorts and adjusts the loads before it even fills with water. The tub is really deep and we had to get a stool so we had something to stand on to reach into the washer. The washer and dryer are on skids in the basement and even if standing on their own we still need the stool. I will be attempting to wash a king comforter this weekend. Have not had a problem with the washer being out of balance yet but this may do it.
