It has just been a few weeks since the washer got installed, I would wait sometime . I would wait some time to give 5 stars. It has been working well. It fits a big load. I washed my winter comforters in it. Its quiet and has different settings, though, simple to use. Im happy with it. The geek squad were helpful and explained the fundamentals, answered my questions and gave advice.

You won’t be sorry. So glad we got rid of the front loader in favor of this washer. It only needs about 1/4 of the detergent and is so quiet we forget it is running. Has a charming little chime sequence when finished. Plenty of wash options for all your needs. Great washer!

This machine does everything it was designed to do and does it well. The large capacity makes it possible to wash items that previously needed to go to the laundry. The only downside is the size and shape. The depth of the drum makes it difficult for someone short to reach the bottom and the domed top keeps it from being used as a place to fold clothes.

"Suds Mackenzie" (the name I gave our new LG washing machine) is awesome! It's super smart, much quieter than our previous washer, and can handle really large loads of laundry without issues! Very happy with this purchase!

I sure like this better than the Samsung that was just recalled.I didn't want to get another Samsung with all of their issues even though they offered more money back. This LG so far is the best one I have ever had. The reason I gave it a four star is you have to stand on your toes and lean in to get the clothes out.it is much quieter and cleans better than any other I've had.

Have used daily for almost 3 years. Easy to use, super quiet. Top notch quality. Also bought the extended warranty through Geek Squad in case something goes wrong. The new washers are ALL digital so you better have protection if something goes wrong.

Our clothes are very clean and like new conditions all the time. Love the "no agitator" .. More area for clothes and no danger of shreading clothes. Very happy we decided on the LG washer.

This machine works great, and I have been using it for couple of months now. This is very quiet, uses just right amount of water and has plenty of options for wash cycles. This is certainly a good buy for the price it is offered.

Quiet and efficient. Takes a bit to read all the options but easy to run after you learn all the functions. Our dryer works a lot less as it spins more water out than our old Whirlpool.

I really like this washer! It is big enough for my 4 member family, it is quiet, and efficient in term of both electricity and water consumption, but also in term of washing powder.

I went from a front loader, back to a top loader with this washing machine. I've had it for a couple of months now and I must say I am amazed how intelligent the system is and how well it performs. It's quiet - and my clothes have never been cleaner.

Great washer. Very large capacity and gets my clothes clean. Washed my comforter with plenty of room to spare. Really don't need a "fancier" machine to do the job. Also, like the impeller...

My husband accuses me of washing more clothes than I need to just to get to use my new washer. I enjoy the capacity, the ease of operation, the options for temperature/durability/soil combinations, the results...AND, the jingle it plays when the cycle is complete!

Loads of options everything I wanted in a washer! Washed every single different kind of load I put in it. Was able to wash everything at one time on a king size bed and also did a great job with rugs. I did small loads also and worked like a dream!!!

One thing , because we are not that fall 5' 2" and 5'4". The tube is deep .Pick up tongs are need to reach the bottom.I need to get a step stool for my wife. One washer load equals two dryer loads,not complaining, just making note.

Very good, quiet washing machine and plays a nice little "diddy" at the end of the wash cycle. Great price, holds a good sized load if you need it to. Glad I got it!

Absolutely love my new washer. I have not found any downsides to it yet. I am most impressed with the large capacity. I can finally do my own comforters and pillows at home! The machine also offers many options for wash cycles.

I'm new to HE washing machines but am finding a lot to like about this one. When reading reviews I learned that there are special detergents to be used. I never even noticed the little "he" on the bottles. After a month of use, I've saved on detergent because it uses less than my previous machine. I'm also saving on water. My water bill dropped $14 after the first month. There are various cycle options and even a quick one if you are in a hurry. Another thing I read in reviews before I purchased was about how deep it is. True! I'm on my tip toes to reach those last couple of socks and hitting many of the buttons as I lean over the machine to reach for them. I'm 5'5" and thought I'd be able to reach with a little more ease than the other people who commented about having trouble. Other than that, it's really terrific!

This washer is huge and cleans comforters or huge loads of towels with no effort. It has many options and even downloadable cycles via cell phone. I highly recommend!

I love this washer. It is efficient, quiet, has lots of settings, and a glass top so you can see it in action. It always gets my clothes clean and is better quality than I expected.
