Great product at a very affordable price. User friendly, very easy to navigate. Lots of drying options for every type of clothing. Operates quietly, which is nice for main floor laundry. Overall, very satisfied.

Great large capacity washer. Love the no agitator design. Cleans the wash without damage to the fabric. Good to watch it work thru the top window.

My washing machine died so was in desperate need to replace under tight timing (was NOT going to a laundromat!). So far have been very happy with the new one. Much quieter than the old one and clothes are coming out clean.

Very efficient and has a large capacity - I am not a fan of front loaders, so I was happy to find this stylish looking top load machine. I had one at my former home and recently moved and bought this similar one and am very happy.

HOW EFFICIENT CAN A MACHINE THAT WASHES CLOTHING BE IF YOU NEED TO WASH THE WASHING MACHINE SO IT WON'T SMELL??? JUST USE THE PROPER DETERGENT AND LEAVE THE LID UP AND YOU'LL BE FINE. IT IS SUPER QUIET. SO QUIET, IN FACT, I COULD NOT HEAR IT AND I WAS IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM. CLOTHES COME OUT CLEAN AND ALMOST DRY. THANK THE GREAT SPIN CYCLE FOR THAT. ANY FLAWS, YOU ASK? WELL, I'M A LITTLE OVER 6 FEET TALL AND I HAVE A TOUGH TIME LEANING OVER AND REACHING THE BOTTOM OF THE WASHERS TUB FOR THE STRAY SOCKS. IF YOU ARE LESS THAN 6' TALL, I SUGGEST GETTING YOURSELF A STEP STOOL TO LEAVE IN FRONT OF THIS MACHINE

I enjoy the noise the washer makes when you power it on. But it also cleans clothes very well and the clothes don't come out very wet saving time in the dryer. I enjoy it a lot more than previous washers I've had.

This washer has all the settings I need and runs quietly. It was a great deal for the money. I wasn't sure about the front digital settings, but it works out well.

Don't let the fact that it doesn't use a lot of water get in your head. This thing is a cleaning machine, and is super quiet. I even love the little tune it plays when the cycle is done. Would highly recommend! :)

the new washer is quiet, with multiple choices for types of washing. Efficient. The top-loading feature and timer display are convenient as a means of keeping track of the progress of the washer.

In fact, I wish I'd bought an LG the first time. Easy to use, and washes very nicely (so far, on clothes and bedding/towels). Glass door allows you to watch the machine do its thing - mesmerizing!

We have only had this for a little over a month, but so far so good. It does a good job of getting the clothes clean while also saving water. My wife is short so it's a little deep for her to reach the bottom when unloading, but she doesn't seem to mind. You might what to check this out for yourself to see if it works for you, if you're on the shorter end of the height spectrum. Other than that no complaints. Runs quiet, looks nice, and has more than enough cycle options. We even downloaded an additional wash program via our smartphone that is now stored in the machine. Would definitely buy again, if it turns out to be reliable, as reliability seems to be a challenge for the modern appliance manufacturer.

Love this so far. I can fit a ton of laundry in each load if I need to. Only complaint is since it is so deep I sometimes need help reaching the bottom. With the controls in front of machine I sometimes hit them by accident when trying to get that last sock out from bottom.

The only reason I gave this four stars is because the drum is very deep and at 5'6 and it is difficult to reach items in the bottom. A real "stretch" if you will. other than that it is a great machine. easy to operate. clothes get clean and little water left, so drying takes less time too.

Love this washer. It's quiet and the tub is large enough for oversized blankets/comforters. No more wasting water on extra small loads!

Purchased this LG WT1501CW washer, quiet and does a very good job cleaning my clothes, love the option to add extra water and see thru top lid. Fits well in a compact space as well.

I'm in love with my new washer. It is very simple to use and clothes are very clean. I love that I can see my clothes while they are being washed.

I was so worried about buying an LG washer and dryer as I have been used to Whirlpool Estate machines. But after doing a lot of research, reading reviews on many websites I went to the Springfield store and had an EXCELLENT experience. The delivery was incredibly smooth and they were polite and professional, the sales team were super honest, all around GREAT experience, and I would definitely go back to Best Buy again for my appliances. The washer and dryer are working great, no complaints at all, you just can't overfill it, as there is no agitator.

Purchased this washer when there were great labor day sales, but would purchase again even if there were no sales. Awesome product, super quiet, and quite large. We love this washer

We like everything about this washer so far. Large capacity, many useful options, and is very quiet. Short armed people might have a bit of an issue reaching completly into the tub though.
