definitely an upgrade from my old washer, the capacity is awesome, especially for comforters; blankets, large bulky items, spin cycle gets so much water out ...high recommend

we like our first one so much we bought a second one for our new house. cleans well, runs quiet, can handle a big load and unlike front loader doesn't mold around the door.

I've been using this washing machine for about two months now, and I love it just as much today as I did the day I got it. It's virtually silent, holds a TON of clothing, and cleans superbly well. It is 100% more efficient than my old top loading machine. It is a tall machine, so if you're short like me (5'3''), you'll have to stand on your tip toes to empty it. LOVE LOVE LOVE it and have recommended it to many friends and family.

We suffered through having a front load washer for the past few years. Never again! This machine has done a wonderful job. Gets used every day, sometimes a couple of times. Holds a lot of clothes and does a great job cleaning our clothes. (Admittedly, we don't get very dirty, but the few times we have needed to get things clean, it has done the trick.) It's quiet, efficient and there are plenty of pre-set options to choose from. We've had for less than a year and feel like we have already received full value from it! You won't be sorry if you buy this unit.

This washer works great, has a huge capacity, and is very quiet. It is heavy duty, and seems like it will withstand use, unlike a lot of the other machines out there.

This new washer makes laundry almost fun. We have all oohed and ahhed over it. It is fast and efficient. It holds comforters and gets them very clean. Great machine!

This washer replaced an 11 year old Maytag. The technology is fascinating and options are many. - Large capacity allows for fewer loads - Very pleased with cleaning results - Bright whites cycle provides excellent results without using bleach - Appreciate being able to use extra rinse preset - Nice, sleek look - Add water feature a preset option and don't have to adjust manually While wash cycles are longer than previous washer, not a problem for me considering results.

I went in to Best Buy looking for a new washer. My current washing machine had stopped working, so I needed something rather quickly. I applied for a Best Buy credit card and got approved right away!(even though I don’t have the best credit). I picked this washer and dryer set based off of the reviews I read online, and they are amazing! They handle large loads very well, which was a problem I was having with my last washer. I would definitely recommend this set!

This washing machine was perfect for the task at hand. We are empty nesters that no longer have kids crazy laundry to do. It is simple to use and does a great job.

I've been very pleased with this washing machine. It does a great job cleaning amd is easy to use. Very large so you can fit a large amount of clothes at one time.

We replaced a 7 year old Whirlpool front-loading washer with this washer and are very pleased. No more door leaks and no more entire first floor shaking during the spin cycle. I could see where a person on the short side might have some trouble reaching down to the bottom of the washer to get clothes out, but we like it better than having to bend over and try and get stuff out of the back of the front loader. I saw many reviews worrying about the automatic water level being too low, but the agitator rearranges the clothes throughout the cycle - we haven't noticed any issues with clothes not getting cleaned...

Live the top loading feature. No doors that you get with a front loading machine. Quite, efficient and does a great job on large/heavy loads

I love the machine. It is quiet and I can put big loads in it. The problem I have is that it is so big that I can not reach to the bottom to get the clothes out. I have to use an extension gripper to get my clothes out.

Love this thing. Super quiet, xtra large tub and programmable custom settings. Sometimes I am not sure if it's even on since it's so quiet.

I find that this washer is good for the money. It has a lot of button options that take getting used to. But, I really like not having an agitator that takes up a lot of room and adds to the wear and tear of the clothes. It is not as quiet and I would like, but not enough to bother me. Clothes come out clean. But, be aware that you have to have long arms to reach the bottom. The wife sometimes has to use a grabber to reach the smaller items on the very bottom. Overall, we are satisfied with this washer and the price we paid.

Bought this as a pair with the LG dryer....love the many options for washing! Odd not seeing an agitator, but does a better job!

Love all the different cycle options and the large drum. Was able to fit my king size comforter in the washer. Easy to program.
