i've only had my washer for a month now and so far i love it! price was a little higher than other stores buy best buy price matched with no issues.

The product is reasonably good for the price. I only wish it would last as my previous washing machine, which lasted 25 years and still functioning. I really like the products and services offered by Best Buy, it is my favorite store, although the completion is very high in this area.

Clothes are cleaner and the spin cycle really gets the water out so my dry time is less.

I am very happy with this washer. Easy to use-even with lots of setting choices, very quiet, and does a great job! Even plays nice little tune when done. What's not so great: I am short and it is a reach to get small items at the bottom of the basket. Not a big deal, just not expected.

I'm so happy with my washer, and the price very reasonable and the service was great. I will recommend the store and the product to all my friends and neighbors. My washer was cheaper than Home Depot and lowes. Love it love it

I love how simple this machine is to use. I love that there isn't an agitator pole in the middle of the drum, which allows me to get more items in and keeps them from getting tangled. Great purchase, very satisfied.

We are trying to get used to an HE washer. We had our last one for 18 years with the agitator in the center. We originally bought another brand and returned it. So far this one seems to clean our clothes much better.

had not purchased this brand before - satisfied with the purchase - machine easy to use - digital controls took a little getting used to & wash cycles are longer; like the idea of no agitator. If the machine lasts 10 yrs or better, I will be very satisfied!!!

I like the feautures, appearance, capacity, and performance. I hope the machines proves reliable for years to come and that the water usuage proves satisfactory

I really do love my new washer. It has a ton of variable settings, it's easy to understand, it's SO QUIET, it's huge capacity-wise. I've not had it get off balance. I love all the different cold water settings.

This washer is very easy to use, easy controls. Uses a minimum of water and detergent to clean. The tub is huge, and I can easily wash bulky bedding in it.

This top loading wash machine replaced a front loader - the difference is remarkable. Far superior in cleaning, smell of the laundry & general functionality. The chimes bring a smile to my husbands face.

This is quiet, energy efficient and large washer Very happy with the purchase. Wash cycles are a bit long but you can alter the choice to reduce time.

This was certainly an upgrade over our last unit. Large enough to wash bigger loads of clothes making it easier to keep up with the laundry demands of a 5-person family. Very good product.

Works great. Use it at apartment. Is large enough to handle even large loads but has sensing capabilites to use less water for small loads as well. Many settings for all needs. Great unit overall!

I'm really enjoying the fact that this is an agitator less washing machine. Because of this there is greater capacity to do a larger liar and nothing gets caught and ripped from the agitator

This is a good quality, large capacity washer that is quieter than expected. It can be difficult for some to reach the bottom of the large tub and the cycle times may be longer than desired.

Had a front loader, never liked it and all of a sudden a high efficiency top loader appears. Saving water is all important. So far, all is good. Easy to use. More settings than needed.

We've had this for one month. It has a lot of features/options. It's very quiet, and the clothes are clean and come out damp, not wet.

This is a VERRY easy machine to use. Many settings including soak which my old top load high efficiency am hind did not have and I missed. This machine can take an extremely large load!
