This is my second new LG purchased within 7 months. I have two homes and had purchased the same LG Washing machine 7 months ago for my other home. Very much like the manufacturer, front loader and it’s performance. I do feel the detergent drawer is made very flimsy.

Thus far we have had no problems with either the washer or dryer. The only problem we had was with the delivery. The delivery people dropped the pedestal and we had to wait a couple days for a replacement. The washer does seem a little louder than we anticipated based on the review we had read.

We bought this washer about 2 years ago & have enjoyed using it (as much as you can enjoy do laundry) It works well, always gets our clothes clean & doesn't smell weird the way out last washer smelled after using it for about a month.

Washer was a quick install. I've had it for 1 month and it is working perfectly. This washer is equipped for my King size comforter. There is several different settings however I used quick wash and get the same results if it washed for a hour.

Our first LG washer we loved and our warranty ran out after 8 years and we were told we needed a 600.00 repair for a new barring. Rather then spend that type of money we purchased new. I love the lg features. Have done several loads and very quiet. Love it.

We had to get a new washer when our old one just up & stopped working. Did a lot of research & bought this LG. It really cleans well. I was initially concerned about the amount of water it was NOT using but everything turned out great. It's so quiet. I love it.

This replaced a 13 year old top load washer that finally “bit the dust”. We were somewhat sceptical of the front load, but decided to try it, and we’re very glad we did! What an advance in technology since we last bought a washer. Very pleased!

When I first start looking for a new washing machine never thought that lg was a good choice but after some research on the web I decide to give it a try and what a great surprise, now I would recomend LG to all my friends

Does everything we need and does it well. Been using it for about a month now. Louder at certain points in cycle than our prior Samsung washer which broke down, but this LG was a great price. The Best Buy arranged installer did a great job.

I am really pleased with my new washer. The clothes seem to come out much cleaner than my previous top load washer. Since it spins the clothes faster this washer has really cut down the drying time for my dryer saving me money in electric

Great machine! I bought this to replace my older LG that went out. Very quiet and smooth. Also, it was the same dimensions as my older LG washer that went out so I was still able to stack my 10 year old LG dryer to this new LG unit!

Great experience so far with this LG washer! I researched extensively before making this purchase. The control panel is descriptive and easy to use. This washer is located in a first floor laundry, so I’m very pleased with how quiet it performs.

This LG washing machine is great! Our Kenmore died when the stainless steel basket separated after only six years of use. It had less cubic feet than this one, and this one washes better and faster. If you don't care about steam, this is the one to get.

I like it, but I can tell that its going take a conscientious effort to keep clean/fresh. The door gasket has several nooks from which water need to be wiped. Pump filter needs to be drained and cleaned bi-weekly.Detergent drawer (and drawer slot) need to be removed and dried at end of days used. Lots of options, but grey lettering on grey background make option buttons hard to read. I have soft water so have to be careful to use much less soap. Find myself using "water plus" and "extra rinse" frequently.

The washer still works great. No funky smells of any sort. Still havent looked into all the bells and whistles but I just have only a couple cycle settings that I use. Switched from Samsung. LG appliances from now on I think

Bought as a replacement for previous LG washer which lasted > 10Years. This one has a few more bells and whistles. Haven't tried pairing it with my phone yet but that is a nice feature to be able to explore. Washed our King comforter with no issues.

I had an earlier model of this washer and ti lasted for almost 8 years. This washer has about 4 new features and it a little larger capacity. The only I have is the monitoring that can be done on your phone only works with the newer Iphones and android devices.

I bought this washer to replace the aged one. Now I feel a modern home. It's quiet, so I 'm not worrying about my neighbor when I turn it on last minute before bed, I live in a condo.. I've never used LG washer, but it seems to be a very good one.

Very happy with this purchase. We decided not to opt for extra bells and whistles at almost $200+ more for other machines that seemed to stand out. It does the job and more for our family of 5! The "basic" model feels more like the VIP experience.
