Love this washer! I bought this for my son and his fiancé because I have one just like it in my home. I use Tide Pods and have no problem. It performs better than any washer I have owned.

This allows you to customize every load. It’s very powerful, but it’s also surprisingly quiet. The spin cycle extracts a remarkable amount of water from the load, thus facilitating a quicker and more economical time in the dryer.

2 years later & still great. Tray to load fabric softener versus bleach is little hard to see; but after few months one gets the hang of it.

Purchased washer a month ago. Very happy with its performance. The towel cycle is great. Towels come out clean and the high speed spin cycle takes out most of the water. So towels dry quickly in the dryer. And washer can handle large loads.

I had problems with a top loading HE washer and wanted to go back to a front load. This machine is great. Easy to use, simple, straight forward. Clothes come out clean the first time. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a good washer

Pretty good washer for the price. I’m not a fan of front load, but the washer is good quality. The only downside is how long the cycles are. It says that it’s sensored; however, the load time stays the same regardless of the amount of clothing inside

Great, easy to use, controls are really user friendly. There is a bit of a vibration that can be heard, but it isn't bad. I really like that the signal has more of a musical tone to it than a siren. I had a top loader and didn't like it, this is so much easer to use!

Don't overload it and it will last forever Had similar one for 7 years worked good until we overloaded it and stressed tub bearings .it would cost more to repair than buying a new one .Also get extended warranty just in case

We got the LG washer because we had it before and loved it- no problems. We are very happy with it again. Having Best Buy deliver was nice too- they got it down the basement stairs like a pro and had it hooked up and running quickly.

I love the ease of my front loading washer. Not only easy in and out, but the controls are simple to use and the clothes come out clean and ready for the dryer. It easily handles all loads - from small to extra large.

This washer impressed from the beginning with its quiet operation, fabric settings, high speed spin, and water saving technology. Read the manual to learn all the features and make sure you don’t use too much detergent!

Although this washer does not have all the "bells and whistles" of the higher end LG washers, it is an excellent machine for the price. There are many options so it is adequate for everyday wash. I would highly recommend this washer.

This has got to be the loudest most violently shaking washer that I have ever seen in my entire life. The delivery guys leveled it when they brought it, and I leveled it again after the first load. It continues to shake, bounce and walk across the linoleum no matter how you load the laundry, if the load is more than a few shirts it just goes wild. After 2 months or so the little magnetic thing that holds the door open broke off and I called LG who were less than helpful, they said it would take a week or two to send someone out to look at it, and couldn't give me a time of when they would be there, so basically wanting me to take a day off of work to have a tech look to see and make sure that a $13 part fell off the door of the washing machine. Very poor customer service. Now at month 5 I am wondering how long the washer will last as it is starting to squeak and bang, I am questioning whether or not the drum is separating from the motor, I want to call LG again but then again, I don't because the suck to talk to. Also, no it is not overloaded, I have an old dryer that doesn't hold much so I can only do smaller loads anyway.

Did my homework, shopped around. Best price and we love it. Easy to use and very quiet. Love the speed wash cycle,does a load in 18 - 30 minutes, and gets clothes very clean. Easy access trap door in bottom so you can clean easily.

The washer and dryer arrived at the beginning of the delivery window. Installation went off without a hitch. have had the product for~ 6 months and has worked perfectly

This is our first front-load washer and we're very pleased with it's efficiency and the load cycle choices that are available. It also runs very quietly and gets the clothes very clean, regardless of load size.

This washer does a great job of using minimal amounts of water, yet distributes soap and water to clean all clothes, towels, sheets, etc. Really happy with this washer.

Really like my washer so far. It's only been about a month. I especially like the feature to use extra water for bulky items. I do miss the light inside the drum from my old washer however.

This LG full size white stack washing machine fit the requirement as far as functionality - size and design. The washer was installed in a newly renovated condo with limited space. Looks great and it gets the job done!

We've had the washer for a few weeks and no problems. I would recommend after washing to keep the door open to prevent any mold or mildew smell, which I've heard is an issue. Otherwise, we are pleased with our purchase.
