So far, so good. I used to take my king size summer weight comforter to a local launderette because my old 11-year old front loading washer couldn’t handle it. I tried it in my new LG washer and had no problem at all. The washer is quiet, doesn’t move when in spin cycle even with a big load, and clothes emerge in good order and retaining their shape. I have no need for the built in intelligence — I just wanted an efficient washer, not a computer, but it seems impossible these days to buy simple.

Glad I’ve invested in the LG washer and dryer set. Super quiet and functional. Easy to operate! Cleans clothes very well. Also love how you can operate the machines via the LG ThinQ app. (Set up/connecting the machine via the app is required). Once your machine are connected, you can Modified/ program load cycle(s) within the app. Super cool how the app give you maintenance advice on how to take care of the machine(s) to eliminate orders and up keep! What also impressed me was when I washed a queen comforter and during the spin cycle the machine did not shake or make a lot of noise! I was shocked! Just make sure upon install and setup, that your machines feet or on the pedals, that they are leveled on even ground. A must buy! You’ll be impressed!

This is the 2nd LG we’ve owned any love it. Bought the LG matching dryer first, and realized we were fools not to buy the Washer, as well. The hi-tech features are wonderful, and simple to understand. The clean, modern look really elevates our laundry room. The subtle modern lights at night really add modern elegance to our laundry room. Not only great looks, it’s extremely quiet and the Steam - M6 Motion technology is a game changer. The Delivery team was prompt, super nice and beyond helpful. So glad we went with this model. And the price we got being a Best Buy was the Best in town.

Outstanding washer that performed very quiet and smooth. A positive review well worth the price. The first thing I washed was our comforter to see the spin cycle in action. Vibration was non existent, the washer ran extremely quiet on all steps of the washer. I next ran a full load with jeans and towels. The washer set the spin cycles on its own, and a speed faster than with the comforter. Again it ran quietly and smooth running with out noise and problems. Very happy with my purchase with no regrets. I’ll be purchasing an LG Dryer when this is paid off. I Love LG

Second washer purchase - first being a used Whirlpool that was probably 20+ years old. So it’s hard to compare. I just put my first load in - don’t be daunted by all the options, it’s not hard. Washer dryer look like a work of art (white) and is so quiet compared to my old malfunctioning washer that I still pinch myself. Way more capacity than my old top loader too.

These work great! Quiet and efficient. I use the Quick Wash and Time Dry cycles and fully finish a load in about an hour. They even get smelly teen clothes clean on Quick Wash. The color is also very beautiful! Great buy!

It runs so quiet i cant get over it. Our laundry hookups are located in our bedroom and you could start a load of laundry and pass out if you'd like to. It also has an app alert that tells you when the load is done so if you walk away you can get buzzed on the phone. The only negative is that being a front loader you will want to dry off the inner door and rubber seal after each load to avoid any musty water smell. Gets a 4.5 outta 5 from me!

Went between a few brands for a front load washer dryer set. This one had highly recommended reviews and was easy to purchase, looks modern, is quiet, sings a song when complete, and the 3rd party delivers were super nice!

Very washable nice and quiet working good seems that save me water the only thing if I put a blanket is to have and lets the cover very wet don’t drain all the water in the spin I have to put small amount of clothes

I had to replace a 14-year-old (very reliable) Samsung dryer that finally died, and figured the washer wouldn't be far behind, so after some research, I bought this LG set. The first "wow" was how much laundry this washer holds as compared to my old washer... WAY more with this new one. The second "wow" was how much more quiet this one is vs. the old. Third (and I'll stop) is the spin cycle! The spin is so effective (and again, quiet) that clothes barely feel damp as you transfer them to the dryer, making drying time much shorter! And with teenagers and their thick sweatshirts / sweatpants in the cooler months, towels, sheets, etc, this washer is very efficient at getting everything nice and clean. Admittedly, I haven't done much (yet) with all the "AI" features. And the "musical tones" (which you can turn off) were, at first, a little annoying, but I've grown to actually like the tune! LOL! Granted, I may be one of the few guys who doesn't mind doing laundry, but this set makes it pretty painless.

Love it, its quiet, and cleans laundry and love the wifi, my washer and dryer are in my basement and usually would forget about it for couple days but now i get notifications when its done sent to my tv, watch, alexa and my phone so i never forget about my laundry anymore. It not difficult to use so my kids can turn on remote start, pour in detergent and load the laundry and i can set up wash cycle, water temp and start it from my phone, they enjoy doing laundry now, and i can make sure the right cycle is used. This has been the second lg set ive owned and i love it. I can even wash king size comforters and blankets with ease.

Easy to follow instruction manual . Solid and sturdy in view of stability . Just make sure you have even floor placement . It washes the clothes well . Has different selection of your preference . Let the door open to dry the inside every time you wash . Self clean when time recommended . Noise wise no issue . Spin well according to your preference . Minimal water but rinses well . I bought warranty maximum as offered . In long term it will protect you and prevent headache . You could set with your smart phone to remind you if done washing . Generally we are happy with the performance . Space wise and amount of load I bought big . Great in all performance . Any appliance you take care well . Should never had issue unless the manufacture problem .
