Love LG washers and so happy I purchased this. Capacity accommodates king size bedding and the machine does a great job on clothes. Stackability was a key factor for the purchase to increase space in the laundry area.

If your looking to do large loads this machine didn’t disappoint. Bedding , heavy blankets I can do it all. It spins almost completely dry which I love. I really like the color and the glass on front is dark so you don’t need to see your laundry when it’s inside the machine.

My machines arrived, then needed another visit to be installed. Make sure if you order on the phone that the installation is scheduled for the same trip…who knew it would not be and that I needed to ask about that. Thought it was a given that I’d want my machine installed at the same time it was delivered. The wi-fi only works on a 2.4 gig wi-fi. If you have 5 g then it cannot connect. They don’t tell you that either. So my machine doesn’t tell me if something is wrong, and it doesn’t speak to the dryer. No issue for me but I have been told that when it needs service, they want to do that remotely using the connectivity…but they won’t be able to do that. All appliances are coming with Wi-fi now, and all will have these issues until the manufacturers update their software.

The washer has been great so far. It is really the simplest/easiest washer we have ever owned. On basic wash cycle just push the start button and it determines how much laundry is in it and sets the wash cycle to match. There are numerous other cycles but we have not had a need for them yet.

Beautiful machine, large capacity, runs quiet. Would recommend.
