They showed up on time but wouldn't use existing hoses to connect new washer. Told me to hire a plumber who then wanted to cut into wall. Not necessary. Eventually got them back to finish install without plumbing service. A week delay.

Great team who came to do installation. They were knowledgeable and polite. Performed the checks and test runs before leaving.

We use this almost daily and it is efficient. However the auto settings are a little strange and we do have to be careful to adjust the water temp each time and there is no way to turn off or change the "music" once complete.

We had the older version and decided to go with the newer one due to price. Its been amazing

I love the washer and dryer very quite and out clothes are nice and fresh every wash no smell.

Very happy with the new washer. Only criticism is the documentation on how to deal with combination liquid detergents and powdered boosters (oxyclean and baking soda)

Upgraded from a 25 year old major brand washer that was still working. This machine is great. I’ve used it for 30 loads over a month and enjoy it. The app is good. It looks nice. Non-agitator leaves my clothes gentler—but cleaner. Pleased.

This is a good quality machine, it’s been more then a year without a problem.

Love that I don’t forget that I have to check on the washer because it has the LG ThinQ. It lets me know when cycles are done and when tub cleaning needs to be done.

Thrilled with the replacement washer - it was the least expensive of the range of LG Dryers but did everything we needed without a bunch of additional functions and is enormous (time for a bigger dryer and fewer loads!).

I never imagined my washer would have smart capabilities! So far it works flawlessly and has a setting for any clothing condition you can imagine. The finished load notification is great for appliances that are in the basement!

I love my washer because it uses less water cleans well and it less time that my older kenmore washer. I am very happy with my purchase.

Great washer and good value for the money. Setting up Wi-Fi, on the other hand, is a gigantic pain. It’s not exactly intuitive, and I had to consult three different websites and two YouTube videos in order to figure it out.
