Great product as all LG products are I had a tough time getting connected to my wifi not direct instructions for that but I have it connect now.

Using Consumer Reports as a basis for my decision and the cost of this unit, I was happy to upgrade from my older second hand Samsung washer. Great features with smart connections through the App.

Fantastic washer overall. Smart functions work great. Doesnt get 5 stars mainly as its missing a light built into the drum. I’ve seen this feature on cheaper washers. Also missing a sanitary function for heavy soiled clothes.

Loving my washer didn’t know I could download extra washer settings and connect to app on my phone to let me know it is done incase I don’t hear the jingle It had so many cool benefits

Bought this as a replacement for an earlier model which was in a stacked configuration. The color matched and it fit the dryer which did not need to be replaced. So far it has worked perfectly. A little quieter on the spin cycle

Been great so far, but after a few months started indicating "washer has been stopped due to a problem" - not sure what it is. Could've had better instructions especially setting up the Wi-Fi.

Ordered the washer and dryer and had them installed. Installation service went great and was quick with haul away. Have not used either just yet but the appliances are sleek.

Great product and an improvement over the Samsung unit that gave out after 10 years

LG is a Consumer's guide top pick. Replaces our old GE. Fits in our condo laundry room. Works and looks great. Installers were polite, professional, and thorough.

The delivery of these items has taken 6 tries, i had to take off work and wait 4 times to be exact. the delivery third party person was very nice and set up my washer dry and pedal stools. i would give the men a 10 today.
