    So far so good with my new front-loading LG stackable washer. I have done several loads and the drum inside still has that new/plastic smell but I can live with that. Clothes come out clean!

    The only reason I am rating it at this level is because, I was not told I needed to download an app to get more settings. No one instructed me. So, here weeks in, I have tried to set my washer up, no luck. Today, I finally talked to a tech person, and after an hour, I needed to hang up for an appointment. I am so frustrated.
