Very quiet and amazingly clean!! This is my second LG washer. The first one I bought 15 years ago. This one just because I left the other one for my kids when I moved. Don’t be fooled by the others.

It was just delivered a week ago but I have used it several times now. It is easy to use and gets clothes clean. I love the front loadlmachines and have mine on a pedestal.

Tons of great features! Our wash area is in the basement, so having a notification sent to my phone when the wash is done is very convenient. The machine itself is very quiet. Some things I don't like about it is a normal cycle does take a bit longer than my last machine. It has a speed cycle, but my last LG (which lasted 7 years before braking) was a bit faster and washed just as good. Also, if your drain port is in a high place like mine was you're going to need an extension. LG moved the drain hose from the top of the machines to the very bottom. I couldn't reach the drain port without an extension. It would have maybe cost LG another $5 (probably less) to include a longer hose for those with high drain areas.

Great decision to replace prior 12+ year old Washer with this LG product. Have used it a few times and has been easy to understand and did very good job of getting clothes cleaned

Excellent machine. Easy to learn how to use. Quieet. Fast. Clothes come out nearly dry when you choose the highest spin cycle

Pros: Quiet, leaves clothes really clean and is big enough to wash a comforter. I like the connectivity with the app. Cons: So far I have no complaints.

This washer is wonderful. I had the older versions of this washer for 10 years. We have a family of 7 washing clothes almost daily. I have been very happy with the amount of clothes I can wash and the efficiency of the loads. When it went out this year I was very disappointed that the no longer make the parts we needed to fix it. I purchased the new model and I’m just as happy with the new one.I like the new blue tooth capabilities allowing me to delay the wash start time.

Love this washing machine! I replaced my 14 year old LG washer that I ran into the ground. I have kids and pets so this old machine was used a lot. Finally gave out at 14 years. This is the newest version of what I had and it works even better than the last. And for all of those who complain about a moldy, musty smell - use the 'Tub Clean' cycle at least once a month with 1/2 cup of bleach. My old machine never had mold or a smell.

This LG washer is far quieter than our previous one. I was really excited when we discovered that the drawer from our previous one was compatible with this one even though it's been years later. Nice that they didn't create a new drawer simply to drive an increase in purchasing. The one thing I'm not a fan of is that the softener drawer seems to easily get gunked up and the instructions indicate you need to dilute the softener. I have but the compartment doesn't seem to get clearly cleaned out with each wash so it requires a bit more maintenance. Otherwise, I've been impressed so far but it's only been a couple months.
