    I canceled my order because the product was delayed in shipping. Problem was, nobody called to inform me of the delay and took the day off to take delivery and it never arrived. Not the best customer care.I went to Home Depot and got delivery within a day. Also, Home Depot is partnered with Affirm so purchasing power was of considerable difference.

    Do not buy. Gasket started leaking at about exactly the time the warranty expired. This machine did not even last two years. Go with GE or Samsung instead.

    Delivered Sep 25 and by Oct 11 It was already failing, now Best Buy tells me my return period is over, so I'm stuck with a non working, $1k brand new washing machine. Best Buy my behind, they have the shortest return period of all stores. WATCH OUT!!
