So far, so good, have just done several loads of wash. The clothes come out clean, most of the moisture is gone making drying quicker. Being alerted on my cellphone about how much time is left for the load to finish is so helpful!!! Washer holds lots of laundry, which is great!!! Will take a bit of time to figure out which features are available for each specific type of laundry, and which cannot be combined, as I saw when trying to change the spin cycle on a heavy duty load. Drying all the moisture remaining moisture in the rubber seal of the door is always going to be a bit of a chore, but not hard to do, and from what I understand, essential to prevent mold and funky smells.

This is an upgrade from a GE front loader that crapped out after only 5 years. This does an incredible job of washing clothes, towels, and sheets with ease. I love that I am notified when the wash is done via app. Word of advice, to prevent mold/mildew, when not in use, open the door, including the detergent drawer.

I have only had this washer for a little while. It does a decent job of cleaning but not as well as a top loader. The spin cycle does a great job or wringing out the clothes. I also love the different choices for cycles to customize your needs for the load.

Love this washer. Works very well. Manages large loads and appears water efficient. Very reliable thus far. Very pleased. Quiet operation and pleasant notification when it’s done.

It works like a charm, easy to use, very efficient but the must important thing, it actually wash. I recommend it 100%. Also, make sure to have all the plumber job ready before you schedule your delivery,

very quiet, great technology to let me know what's going on, loved my old LG but it was 10 years old. A few new cycles from my old one.

Bestbuy provides a great service to install and hallway the old one. This washer is working without issues however we only used it for just other the month.

It is silent and leaves the clothes so much drier after the spin cycle than my Maytag did! Got this at 54% off because of residue on the front. Such a silly reason but all the better for me!

I had always been guarded about front load washers but after doing my research, I decided on this washer. I love how clean my clothes are, easy to use and easy to clean.

We replaced our 14-year old Bosch washing machine that was supposed to be, according to the Bosch area rep, "the Mercedes of the washing machine and we could pass it down to our children." After a few years, Bosch discontinued manufacturing washers and dryers because LG and Samsung put them out of business. We bought a new LG washer and dryer set and LOVE them! And 14 years later, we paid about $1,000 less than what we paid for the Bosch washer and dryer set. We recommend them highly!

I bought a version of this washer, apparently, ten years ago (I still have the dryer, the washer crapped out after five or so years). I really like the updated app functionality (reminders to clean the drum, time left in cycle, etc) I would really like this washer to last, but time will tell.

Didn’t realize how not clean my clothes were until getting this washer. Washing things on the steam setting makes them look like new. This was above what I wanted to pay for a washer but I am glad I sprang for it.

One of the best washers we've ever used! It's been one month so far, no issues at all! It's sleek, powerful, and incredibly efficient. Its advanced features make washing effortless and surprisingly quiet. We hope to buy the dryer soon to complete a matching set!

The 5 stars is for Best Buy. We bought this dryer a year ago, it died. After a terrible experience with LG customer service we gave up. Best Buy picked up with the most awesome best buy warranty and replaced the dryer. Think long and hard before entering into a relationship with LG. It was frustrating and disapointing, terrible customer servive, the worst I have ever experienced.
