My wife had a clothing YouTube channel and I work in IT. My job is frequently un weathouses where it is filthy. The machine gets out cloyhs clean. But many of the options use warm or hot water where the clothing calles for cold. Also many of the clothes that my wife gets today is handwash which is only available. through the download section. The control panel is hard to see if tour raller than about 5'2" or so. As i am close to 6' i frequently have to get down on one knee to see all the buttons and what thay say.

This replaced an 18 year old top load Whirlpool. Still getting used to the front load machine and the controls. Machine has done as advertised. Happy that the cycle times are much quicker than expected. The speed of the spin cycle is so fast that the clothes come out almost damp, which cuts down on drying time.

Purchased the LG Washer that was the backup to the LG dryer I bought at the same time. So far, I am enjoying my clothes smelling and looking cleaner than they have in quite awhile. In 2022 I had purchased a different washer (different brand) but was very unhappy with it's performance. My original dryer was still working, barely, so when it drew it's last breath I just bought the pair. With one issue I finally figured out (so many options, so little time) I'm very pleased. The immense laundry I have from predominantly my three Dachshunds, my two sons, towels, cleaning rags and more cleanings rags I'm pleased with how they go in the wash ghastly but come out smelling fresh with stains I thought would never come out! Way to go LG...

Love all the settings on this machine. It’s doing a great job cleaning clothes.

Didn’t pay attention to side door opens so now I have to take wet clothes around the door to put in the dryer. This is a pain and would have to have a new drain installed to fix this. Also, my previous washer Had a light inside the machine. This one does not and I really miss that feature.

Love my new washer! Nice capacity and works efficiently. Also helpful to get an alert when the load is done.

So happy we finally went with a front loader and so happy we purchased an LG washer. My wife is ecstatic and so pleased with the capacity and the fact that it takes so much less time. Everything from purchasing the washer at Best Buy, to the great delivery and installation , to the ease of operation, has been excellent. Very happy with LG and very happy with Best Buy.

Great machine that does it all. Blankets, heavy beach towels, and comforters all clean beautifully. Sanitizes sheets and towels

Excellent purchase, we use both the Washer and Dryer every day. The installers were very kind and helpful! We purchased a washer and dryer for another house through another company a few years ago and had a bad experience and had to hire someone to come to the house to balance the washer

After struggling for way too long with my top loader, I finally got an efficient and fast machine. I really didn't want to replace my previous machine since it was practically new, but I could not stand the waiting for up to 2 hours to complete a basic cycle. My washer is actually faster than my drier now!! Almost a joy to do the laundry! Make sure to measure your space though. This machine in bigger front to back than my old one.

After having my previous washer 15 years I didnt realize how much technology had changed on washers, I am extremely please with this washer for numerous reasons there are many options 2 features I like most is steam which cleans my clothes really good and this machine is extremely quiet.Got it on sale so the price was good...Very happy with this purchase.

Works great. Previous washer & dryer were made by LG and after 14 yrs they worked great as well! Saved money due to maintenance agreement with Best Buy. Love the little tune they both play at the end of their cycle. Not irritating at all and very pleasant. My brother laughs every time he hears it.

I'm posting on behalf of my wife. She loves both her LG washing machine and her LG dryer. Cleans fast and drys fast. There's no need for energy-wasting, long-run cycles. Both machines are quiet and the displays are straightfoward and uncomplicated. The machines have bluetooth capability (I think), but weve not gone there yet.

Works as advertised. Quick, seems to be efficient. Smart features with app work well for a busy family with young children to help keep things moving.
