this washer dryer combo is fantastic, also the delivery staff was very educational and extremely helpful.

This washer is already paying off! Super quiet, extremely clean and less energy consumption.

So far so good, quick wash is nice and effective and gets a lot of the moisture out for the dryer. Easy to use, lots of settings for normal use that work great.

Quiet operation, good capacity, settings to customize your wash this machine is a good buy. Will put to test the remote (wifi) operation feature shortly, originally discarded the idea but has advantages when time is limited and you need to start washing before arriving from somewhere else. this insure the cycle is complete and I have enough time to dry the clothes before leaving the house again.

Very quiet and large capacity. The number of settings is more than adequate.

I've had the washer for about a month and have tried "Normal", "Heavy Load", "Bedding", and "Towels" settings. So far everything has worked very well. The wash gets spun very dry when it is done and everything is nice and clean. I read reviews about keeping the door open when not in use and I have avoided some of the bad odor problems I read about that other users experienced.

It lives up to expectations and was a reasonable price. Bought the matching electric dryer. Both are quieter than the older units replaced.

They are very good and super comfortable. They exceeded my expectations.

Very happy with washer so far. Clothes come out so much cleaner than in my old Samsung front loader. No issues with smell of mildew in seal so far. I leave the door open a bit to aloow it to dry and air out. Not happy with Best Buy as there was a huge dent in the back of washer. Could not reach anyone by phone in the warehouse to see if they had a replacement and customer service could not help at all. Good luck finding someone who speaks English and can answer questions other than reading a prepopulated dialog. Luckily it did not affect the drum and my husabnd was able to pull out the dent. Hoping there will be no issues down the line.

My previous LG washer was purchased from Best Buy in 2009. It eventually succumbed to the inevitable aging process, but provided my family with clean clothes for 15 years! This replacement is a testament to both the quality of LG products and the foresight of Best Buy to make them available to us. The replacement was on time, with all due care, courtesy and attention and has proved again to be an excellent product.

This was a replacement LG washer. First, Stephanie, the sales manager, contacted the GEEK squad and LG to check to see if it was cost efficient to repair our first washer which I had had for over 8 years. When it was decided it was better to replace, she helped find one that was very similar in features and arranged delivery within 2 days. This washer is quick and efficient. It cleans well.

Had it about a couple months now and had no issues.

Great washer no problems after a month over 30 loads. I had the Maytag under warranty and it kept getting clogged. On top of that the Maytag replacements I tried had issues coming new from the factory. This washer is so much better and I recommend it.

Got this washer to replace a smaller set that I had pre getting married and having 3 kids. It’s pretty spacious and quick. If you are installing yourself, it’s heavy so getting it up stairs will be a two man job minimum. I also didn’t read the instructions and forgot to remove the shipping bolts. This caused my house to shake and the washer to be all a foot and a half. My kid thought Santa had arrived on our roof! After reading up, and removing the bolts, it’s very quiet. So many options that I don’t know when I’ll get to use them all. Seems to clean a ton of stuff including a king comforter with no problem.
