Very happy with the new machine. Runs very quietly and very efficient.

Our new Front Load LG replaces 18 year old Kenmore Elite. It is very easy (intuitive) to use, Cleans Clothes very well, and is relatively Quiet in all modes. We like the new Cleaning Cycle. Excellent Idea. And most of All, we really liked the nice man at the Best Buy Store who helped us AFTER we decided to purchase to get even more discounts on price. Hats off to LG and Best Buy!

Fantastic Washer. First time doing a front load. Great product and highly recommend.

I have had this washing machine for two years now and I still love it. I have had a front load washing machine years ago and I hated it and when it came time to buy a new one I was not planning on getting another front load. However, I had completed a lot of research before purchasing this one and it was highly rated. I love everything about it from the delay start, the digital options, to the selection of washing options. My clothes come out clean and fresh smelling. I highly recommend this washing machine.

Love my new washer! It cleans really well and is so quiet compared to my old one. The clothes don’t have to be dried as long in my dryer either. I also love the feature that allows you to drain excess water using a hose in the front of the washer. I keep the door open and drain the hose about once a week so I don’t have any problems with my clothes getting a musty smell. The only thing I wish was different is this version doesn’t have a light in the inside to see, but it’s not a deal breaker.

I like this washer a lot! it's efficient -- and the cycle seems like it completes faster than our previous washer. It also spins nicely and rids of excess water effectively.

This is simply a great washing machine, all features included make for easy and effective washes. Quick wash and normal are mostly used for our family, but even the normal mode detects how much it’s washing and applies settings/time. Always does a great job.

Best washing machine we have ever owned, quiet and efficient.

Happy with way machine cleans with less water. This is replacing a Samsung front loader: quieter, appears to be using less water, and was able to wash a big bedspread without twisting it up. clothes are coming out clean with less wrinkles.

First purchase of a LG washer, but all of the great reviews and Consumer Reports stats can’t be wrong. We’ve had our washer for a month or two and I love it.

I have to close the door twice every time because it’s hard to catch the lock. Also, not easy to read the buttons for the cycles. Clothes are sometimes soaked after a wash. My older model was better.

The LG is very much like the Sears Kenmore Elite that it replaced. The old washing machine served us well and I am hoping for a similar result from this new LG. My experience with Best Buy was very good from the initial purchase through the delivery process.

My washables come out cleaner than my previous washer. Many options for different washing needs.

Product has been great so far, easy to use and works wonderfully.

Had this for close to a year now and so far it's turned out pretty good. Turbowash is really awesome as it cuts down wash times heavily for normal loads, usually around 30-40 mins. Though the jets pumping water during those cycles is some what loud, the rest of time it's pretty quiet. So far so good.

The washer is quiet and very efficient. It's the perfect size for household and does a great job of cleaning all our clothes. I highly recomment this washer to everyone currently looking for a washer.

Large capacity that cleans clothes rather quickly. It does makes some soft noises during operation, but certainly not an issue.
