Fabulous machine. Bought this for my son and daughter in law and they are very happy. Clothes come out remarkably clean!

It always smells fresh! I've never been able to say that about a washing machine. Beyond that, the allergene cycle is incredible if you have allergies/asthma. I purchased it as a replacement for a relatively new unit from a popular electronics manufacturer. They're not even on the same level. This product cleans on a much deeper level without damaging fabric. Totally impressed!

Happy Happy Happy - three words that describe my wife after we got this installed - replaced a front load samsung washer. this one is much quieter which makes eveyone happier since it is right off our kitchen

Within a month or two of this product being delivered and used, we began experience issues with the washing machine leaving a musty and moldy smell on all our clothes. However, because the product was outside the 15 day return policy, we were force to contact Geek Squad for further support. Geek Squad said that they could not find anything mechanically wrong with the product (despite their tech saying that he could totally smell the musty and moldy smell on a piece of clothing) and said that we should contact LG for further support. We attempted to contact LG and they blamed all issues with the product on the fact that the state laws in CA require energy/water efficiency, user error (despite the fact that we complied with all their recommend suggestions on maintenance (back to back tub cleans, use of special sanitizing product, wiping down machine, leaving door open, and using recommended laundry detergents, etc.), plumbing issues with our house (despite the fact that the house is a new construction home built in Sept. 2021) and water quality issues (despite the fact that we purchased a whole house water filter for our home specifically to eliminate this as a factor). Finally, LG stated that we need to run with all washes and tub cleans some type of laundry sanitizer product. While this suggestion did eliminate most of the odors coming from our clothes, I did not buy this product with the expectation that I would be forced to use laundry sanitizer product on a regular basis to keep my clothes from smelling after each wash. Moreover, using a laundry sanitizer product on a regular basis did not eliminate the smell completely. After LG ignored our cries for help, we turned back to Best Buy/Geek Squad because of our extended warranty on the washing machine that we purchased for nearly $500. Best Buy/Geek Squad continually shuffled us back and forth between different personnel, some who promised a return or exchange of the machine only to be told later on that particular personnel did not have authority to authorize a return or exchange. I called the manager from the store we purchased the product from and he ignore our pleads for help. The bottom line is this, Best Buy, Geek Squad and LG do not care about customer satisfaction or stand by the products they sell. A washing machine should make your clothes smell better after use; not worse. Moreover, LG has had major lawsuit in the past over the same exact issues with their front load washers in the past. I have been a loyal customer of Best Buy for years. I’ve spending thousands of dollars with this company, but after this experience, I think I will be looking for other venders to buy electronic products.

LG products are a staple in my family’s household. Most reliable and efficient products out there in terms of bang for buck. This washer delivers on that reputation every time. Love the settings and how easy it is to control. Pretty quiet as well which is a big plus!

Easy to operate and works really well. Cycles seem shorter so less energy used.

Works great. Set up not too complicated. Need to buy hoses separately for installation. Not the reservoir model.

Love this washer. Seems very efficient, nice control center. The WiFi Smart feature is very nice, shows selections, minutes remaining/time finished thru the LGThinQ app on phone...especially appreciated because washer and dryer are downstairs.

Great replacement for our 19 yo LG washer. The additional options are interesting.

Great Washing machine. Clothes come out smelling fresh and clean even just using detergent only. The turbo wash action gets my clothes done in as little as 30 minutes and cleans my clothes great! It’s also a bit mesmerizing to gaze at the washer when the water Jets of the turbo wash are in action. It’s also fun seeing the 6 different motions the washer moves to get the garments clean. It seems to be more resistant to any humidity odor in the very few cases I’ve forgotten to take out the clothes overnight. Most importantly it is the quietest washing machine I have used, even at the highest spin speed it’s not a bother much at all. Overall great machine, and I highly recommend it if you want a quiet, reliable and great washing performing washing machine.

Couldn't be happier with this purchase. The washer and dryer work so well and they are very easy to use. There is an option to do a fast, turbo wash which is just under 20 minutes and clothes came out clean and fresh. The set also looks very nice. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new set!

Our last washer (Kenmore Elite top loading) could only wash 4-5 towels. I now wash 10 towels plus washcloths and some socks and the machine washes them all without any problem. It is also nice getting an alert on my phone when a load completes.

So far so good. Washer and dryer work excellent. Much better than the old ones.The installation was wonderful. Very concientious and carefull of the walls and the washer dryer. Very courtious and spent time explaining evrey aspect of the unit's.

These are nice because theyre stackable, which creates extra space for your laundry room.

I am so happy I was able to purchase this model. Washes very well and seems super gentle on my clothes. I do wish I had bought the stand to raise it though.
