I like that is energy saver and also that you can connect it to your phone while doing pther things

I wouldn’t purchase this unit. My first unit had a door lock error. Lg replaced the lock and then the mother board. Eventually after 8 months of repairs they deemed the unit a lemon. They sent a replacement and it took 6 weeks the replacement sounds like a machine gun when it spins and rocks so bad the front door trys to burst open. Lg claims it’s an install error yet they installed it and won’t replace it under warranty due to their mistake. The unit failed within 10 days. I then purchased a new unit so I could have a washer to match my dryer. The unit did the same thing maybe worse. It sounded like metal pieces were broken on the inside during spin. The installers confirmed it was a manufactured defect lg still won’t fix the unit or refund my money. They even closed the ticket and their presidential liaison office won’t respond because they claim it’s an install error. How can two units have the same error an lg tech, two installs teams all verified it’s a manufacturing problem. Expensive mistake. The units pedestals and pedestal washer were 2800 and don’t work. The installers recommended getting GE they said they were having a lot of issues with lg. I even sent pictures and video to lg with the response that it wasn’t their problem.

We are loving the lg washer and dryer set the we got. I have very high expectation with lg product and it doesn’t disappoint.

Very quiet washer and works great. Very happy with my purchase. I had them stack it and the delivery team were terrific. They took away my old separate washer and dryer and set everything up. Super happy I used Best Buy.

We are very happy with our new washer. Lots of updated features from our old LG model. Only small issue is that it will stop the cycle if the load is unbalanced.

Fantastic washer. Lots of options for washing different items. Large capacity makes cleaning bedding a breeze. The turbo wash is great for running quick loads. Love the connected features via the ThinQ app.

I purchased this to replace my old competitor front-load that I had for 13 years. So far, so good. It much more quieter. I like the "Sensing" feature that starts before the wash to, my best guess, sense how much laundry is in the tub, to adjust wash time. However, setting up the wi-fi to the app took a little time to figure out. Had to watch the YouTube video on how to connect the feature. Once it's connect, it a awesome because it'll alert you when it's finished since it so quiet. It won't let you forget that you did a load of laundry. It also sends a monthly status report through the app. The only thing I wish it had was a light in the tub.

This is an excellent product. We are very happy that we purchased it.

I did a lot of research, and these were by far the best machines for the money. I also go the matching dryer. No problems.

Washing machine is efficient an dxtremely quiet. Delivery and installation was golden.

I did some research and chose this model - which has turned out very well indeed. The price was good and the return options also very good (tho' I did not need to use them) Very satisfied.

I love it!! This washer uses so much less water than our previous washer. It is very quiet and is very good stylish. I leave my laundry room door open to show it off. Be careful the exterior will scratch easily, although that was true of my old washer/dryer that was in white. The scratches are more obvious on black vs white.

Bought this washer to replace another LG we bought 17 years ago. Hopefully this one will last as long. This unit has a lot of features and is very quiet. The WiFi connection allows for remote monitoring and control if needed. I opted to install this washer myself and it was straight forward and relatively easy. The new glass door feature is a nice touch. It shouldn't get scratched like the old door did. I would recommend. It went on sale and we snatched it up.
