We loved this washing machine. It worked excellently for 10 years thn had some mechanical problems. Instead of costly repairs we opted to buy another washer.

So far, so good! Returned a Whirlpool washer and replaced it with this one. Haven't had any issues with it, easy to use and has lots of great features. Works well with large loads even on regular cycle.

So far so good. Nice set of wash cycles and fit on my old LG stand. Old one kept having problems with the bearings and i was tired of replacing them. Hopefully this one will not have the same problem.

Nice washer. Was featured on Consumer Reports top 5 list. Several choices for wash cycles - definitely italy more than I'll need or use.

I'm wowed by this washer. I went from using one whole scoop of Tide per load to using 2 Tbsp., and from using 1 lid full of Downy to 2 Tbsp.! This washer spins the clothes so well that my drying time is cut in half.

I love my washer it’s so easy to use ❤️ I love that I can do large loads or small so easy to operate. It was easy to install no smell and everything washes no dry spots on my clothing like the top loaders

The washer works great, cleans clothes better than our last Whirlpool and is exceptionally quiet. My only real complaint is with the ThinQ smart function. I wasn’t really looking for this feature but it’s nice when it notifies you that a load is done. It would be great if it was marginally reliable. It’s not. The Rssi on my phone in the laundry room is generally in the low -40s but the washer and dryer can never reliably maintain a connection. The dryer manages to notify me a load has finished 75% of the time. The washer hasn’t been able to do this 10% of the time. If you’re buying this unit for the smart feature, look elsewhere. Do a Google search. The smart features of these units don’t work for anybody.

Bought the matching units. They work very well and seem vastly superior to our old units, that weren't that old.

The washer and dryer came timely and were quickly installed.

This washer dryer set is high quality and I love them! The only downside it is does not handle as big of loads as my previous top loading washer did... which surprised me a bit because they both report the same cubit feet and load size. Still no regrets, I did HOURS of research on what set is the best and I his was highly rated on Consumer Reports. I would recommend leaving the washer door open after EVERY load or the water stays inside and molds easily. Airing it out is working well so far. Great company and washer dryer set! Hoping they last many years as quality of all electronics seems to go down over the years in regard to household appliances.

Both the machine and the dryer work perfectly. The clothes come out clean. They are energy efficient and extremely quiet which is good because they are in a town home where the laundry is close to the living room.

I have been using this for almost 6 months and am very happy with this. There are enough settings to meet my varied washing needs. The allergen and steam option is my favorite setting. Being able to be notified via my iPhone/watch when washing is complete is a small but very useful bonus. Just a little expensive though...

Fast, Quiet, and does a really great job. I washed a blanket I've had on my sofa for several years and it came out looking almost new. I was shocked.

I've use LG washers for yeads. Ensure the loaded dryers and it lasts for years. This unit is very functional and easy to use. Ensure you turn off eco mode for normal or it does not dry (just air).

This washer does an excellent job and is very quiet.

WOW what a great washer really cleans my cloths, towels,& sheets smell good too.

I love a front loader because it is energy efficient and cleans your clothes better thsn a top loader!!!!
