Bought a washing machine at home depot and wouldnt work after the 1st load. Got a replacement at Best Buy with faster delivery date and works great!!!

I hesitate to say too much given that we've only owned this washer for about a month. However, it was top rated by Consumer Reports and an NY Times review of washers. We needed to replace a malfunctioning front loader, and so far it was been great. It is a little louder than the previous washer, but it cleans well. Check with me again in 5 years -- the life span of the previous washer.

I have had very bad experiences with LG refrigerators and their TV to a lesser ext. I decided to give this a try and I am not disappointed. My laundry is well done. Loads of functions to select from plus the ability to download additional cycles. Control from your phone. A couple tips: Clean the drain trap Leave the door ajar /wipe excess water from gasket to prevent smell (this is not an LG issue… it’s a front load disadvantage) Don’t use too much detergent

Best washer I’ve ever had. I’ve had zero issues with it and my clothes have been very fresh and clean on each wash.

New washing machine working very well; our ~10 year old Samsung refused to effectively wash or rinse. It’s sad that stuff just doesn’t last anymore. The new LG will handle larger loads better and, and the cycles are a lot quicker. And it’s rinsing the clothes, which is a feature you really want in a washing machine.

Amazing washer. So far we have used it many times and had no issues. The machine is very intuitive without any issues. I would like to purchase again. One of the better washers that we have had.

So much better than our last washer. It uses so little water that we worry sometimes, but the clothes, etc. seem clean.

Absolutely love the purchase. The settings are on point! It sends you texts when it’s done or even if you didn’t shut the door good! Great size! Washes completely clean!

I am very happy with my purchase of this washing machine. It has held up to every test I've put it through! It handles both large and small loads perfectly and uses a load sensor so it can adjust settings. It has zero balance issues and handles waterproof fabrics well too. As a bonus, I've also gotten a lot of compliments on the color and the rose gold knob. A+ purchase!

2nd LG washing machine. First one lasted 12 years. Don’t make them like they use to.

Bought a new LG washer to replace one that was worn out. The new machine is quiet and it fit on our old pedestal.

I like the washer but I wonder about the temperature settings of the programs. Just "warm" for towels - is that sanitary? Fortunately, you can manually change the temperature, spin number, soil level etc. with every program. Compared to my old one, this washer is louder when it pumps the water out. I can now hear the water and pump noises in the kitchen through the wall between the laundry room and the kitchen. The washer is a good choice if it is on sale. I recommend the longest available protection plan - even though it is expensive - because it can come in handy if something doesn't go right.

Beautiful machine works great. I like the Wi-Fi function to check up on the cycle. I don’t use it often so far so good. I did buy the warranty for a piece of mind, though I might buy the matching dryer.

This LG washer is incredible. I run Air bnb's and have been using a set of these there for about a year. When we moved, I left my older set and replaced it with these. Love this product. Wash time is so fast and it does not skimp on clean. Spin cycle is so good that our clothes are almost dry. Dryer does not have to work hard .
