Love my new washer. It's so easy to use and does a great job washing our clothes!

Only had it about 6 weeks but so far it's working well. It has a large capacity. The spin cycle is great and gets most of the water out. Clothes actually get stuck to the drum because it spins so well. It's nice that it can tell you when it's done so wet clothes don't sit because you forgot them.

Got our new washer and dryer hooked up and everything is working great. Just loving our new equipment.

What a quiet running machine. Operates easily and uses less water and electricity which is a major plus. Haul away of old washer was free since being a Best Buy Member.

Only had this LG Washer for a few weeks, but it has given no trouble. The neatest feature is how it weighs the load and then adjusts the length of the cycle, giving the countdown on its screen and a notification on the phone app. So it does not always take so long to finish a cycle.

Loving the new washer. No issues after 6 week or so. Quieter than our GE front loader and more advanced. I enjoy the app integration but it shouldn't be a must-have for anyone.

Used only for 2 weeks now. So far works great!! Will update this if I see any issues with it later.

Washer seems to be a good washer, it’s quiet and washes clothes well. But DO NOT have Best Buy install appliances, the guys that came to install the washer literally threw it in the spot and connected it and left. They didn’t level the washer and made a mess with the water connecting it. When I turned on the washer it was jumping around because it was not level. I contacted Best Buy and tried to have them come back to install it correctly but customer support said they couldn’t have anyone out till 3 weeks. So I paid another company to come out the next day and install it correctly.

My wife loves this washer and all the different cycles! The best part is the speed cycle which washes in 15 minutes. I also like the simplicity of the Electro Mechanical knobs.

The washer capacity is very large, the largest I've ever had. I put my normal load that I used with my former washer and when the cycle ended I couldn't believe how much extra space was in the washer. More items can definitely be added. The washed items come out almost dry, not much water in them. I love the little melody that signals when the wash is done. The cycle options are numerous, easy to find one that fits the load.

Quite disappointed, giving it 3 stars because it washes well. Trusted Consumer reports and bought the LG washer. Cons are it takes too much time. If I add a slightly larger load, it adds considerably extra time. Also theres a lot of drying that needs to be done after each wash because the rubber can get moldy. I know thats the case with all HE washers in general but my previous one wasnt that hard to wipe down. Had it only for about a month and yesterday after a load was done, soapy water was pooled in the machine. Don't know what happened whether it got canceled in the middle of the wash or not. Restarted the load and it was fine, but quite disappointed to see this in a brand new washer with supposed high rating. Now have to keep an eye on this problem else have to return the machine (which I don't look forward to at all because of the inconvenience). Registering the product online was a pain. After submitting the information I didn't get the confirmation and had to wait chatting with an agent to sort out before I could register the dryer. Not very happy with this purchase especially because we had to wait for it and the older one was going out.

I love my new washer! I had the same washer for 14 years, we bought the same one in the newer version. I actually am enjoying doing the laundry!
