Love my new LG washer! Easy to use, quiet and handles a variety of load sizes with easy. Like the Thin-Q feature.... when connected via wifi, it gives me the time remaining for the to be completed, as well as a notification when it's done!

Very quiet machine. Gets everything clean while using a minimum amount of soap and water. The high-speed spin cycle does an excellent job getting the water out of the clothes. It takes less time to dry them.

We have enjoy our LG Washer, we have not had any trouble out of it so far.

Zero problems so far. Doesn’t make a peep. Clothes seem clean. Dispensers work well. Get a bottom for it to get some height, or mount it higher, as the dial is a little difficult to read from an angle. I unfortunately thought it would fit my old pedestal but it didn’t.

Just got it today! The guys from best buy made an excellent job in the installation. The washer doesn’t make any sound. App connection it’s easy to use. Still exploring!

We've had the set for a month now and we have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BAD to say about the washer or matching dryer. We've had Kenmore appliances for the last 15 years (2 sets of W & D) and we had very little issues with them. So since LG makes Kenmore this was a natural upgrade. All our tvs and sound bars are LG so when we connected the new W & D to our phones via the LG Thin Q app we were suprised when the end of a wash or dry was completed it was announced on the television screen as well as our phones.

Excellent washer. Double check your external dimensions (including vent exit for the matching dryer with rear discharge). This set barely fits in my laundry area. It works great!

This washer has so far met our expectations. It's quiet and cleans our clothes. looking forward to trying out the wifi features

The washer works well on heavily soiled clothing. We like the turbo wash feature for lightly soiled clothing loads. We like the extra hot option when doing towels. The washer does not walk regardless of load size. We enjoy the LGThinq App you can keep track of what washer is doing while outside you can see what cycle the washer is on and how much time is left before washer is finished.

Looks great and works perfect. No issues whatsoever.

This is the upgraded version that we previously purchased. Controls are easy to read and it gets clothes clean.

I am pleased so far with my LG washing machine - really like the shorter time frame most loads take. Haven't used enough to write a detailed review. I wish Best Buy provided more information on installation requirements. We had corroded faucet connections; the Geek Squad can't install in that case due to liability issues. We had to call a plumber. If we had known ahead of time, we would have already taken care of it. No one from Geek Squad or Best Buy contacted me about rescheduling installation or removal of old washer. I had to contact them, which was the typical hassle of being on hold for quite awhile.
