    My washer went out this past weekend and I travel for work so we bought this one because it was the only one in stock needed to wash clothes in a bad way. Brought it home hooked it up would not wash clothes straight out of the box all it would do is make a grinding noise so took it back went to the local speed queen dealer and bought a washer. I know that will work for at least the next 10 years. The only good thing I can say is there was no hassle returning it at Best Buy.

For a unit making a grinding noise straight out of the box, one helpful step is to check whether the shipping bolts or packing materials were fully removed before use.
