LG makes quality products and it shows in this unit. Consumer Reports also recommends this front loading washer. It works well, is quiet and I expect many years of service from the washer.

Washing machine is great but service getting it was extremely poor. First delivered machine was damaged and it took two weeks and three more appointments to get it delivered. Delivery and installation gentlemen were great. Poor communication overall.

This is the best washing machine I’ve ever owned. It’s super fast with Turbo Wash, taking inly 30 minutes to wash versus over an hour from other brands. And the washed clothes are so white that they almost blinded my eyes a couple times.

The internal tub was leaking - had to return it. The return process was smooth and I ended up buying a higher end model.

This is my second front load LG Washer. My first one was purchased in 2005 and I sold it in 2020 when I moved across the country. After 15 years of use it was still like brand new; thus my decision to purchase a new LG front load washer was a no brainer.

It works great, efficient way to use. A little louder than my last, but easy to use and gets big loads of clothes clean, fast.

Our first LG washer purchase after GE, Samsung, and Miele experience over many years. LG meets our needs perfectly. Great options for multiple cycles with built in sensing (intelligence). We have not yet tried the steam feature which came with this model.

We love it, fresh and clean clothes every time. Washing white horse leg wraps, very dirty, comes back white without bleach! Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful washing machine. I like all of the cleaning options available. The front clean out access is a nice feature.

Seems to operate well in default mode, Overdone technology and needs to be offered with a simple interface for ease of operation. I doubt we will ever use 90 % of the very complicated choices. My iPhone does not need to operate my Washer or Dryer or even know what it is doing. Was purchased as a Washer/Dryer pair and have had the unit for about a month now and so for has been satisfactory otherwise.

The item is good and works well. I did not notice any issues.

I like the new features on this washer compared to my old LG washer. WiFi and turbo wash are great. Washes clothes in less time. App lets you know when washer is done.

Great Buy, Needed to purchase it on a whim. But certainly not disappointed

So far after 2 months it is a great deal and a great washer. A slight problem was with the delivery the Geek squad lead was in too much of a rush and did not leave the bolt assemblies and damaged the inlet valves attaching the inlet water hoses. The response was good when I called in to get replacement parts.

Original install of the washing machine had some issues, but the washing machine is great. We got almost 18 years of service from our last set of LG washer & dryer (also from Best Buy) & hope we get the same out of these. Definitely get pedestals- much easier to transfer laundry.
