I didn’t trouble shooting and it seems to be inside the washer. My wife and I are waiting to see if this washer gets replaced or if they will follow thru with saying they will try and fix it. I feel it should be replaced since a part is bad before we ever had a chance to use it.

Loud banging noises during the first load may indicate that the shipping bolts were not removed during installation. These bolts secure the drum during transport and must be taken out before use — otherwise, the drum can't move freely and may cause internal damage. You can check the back of the washer for any remaining bolts and refer to the installation guide for removal steps. The drum spins a bit off center but I'm not sure if that's intentional, I'm new to these things. It doesn't noticeably shake.

Lots of stuff to learn to help me with my every day laundry. The size of cabinet is smaller but the drum is still Large. All kinds of neat programs to help you wash better and faster.

Only reason I didn't give it 5 star is that we couldn't push it against wall like our old unit. The way the hoses and drain laid out prohibited it from sliding all way back. I was able to build a wrap around cabinet to fill the void so all looks good now. Just more work then I exlected.

My clothes (yard work clothes) are getting so much cleaner and the cycle is not that long even on the heavy duty setting. I also was wondering how much it would vibrate during the spin outs but the vibration is very low! Very happy

Perm press is very quick and does a great job. Like the feature that sets the dryer cycle automatically based on the wash cycle setting. Concerned about cleaning out the lint shoot since ot is very tight and doesn't seem easily accessible.
